Well I downloaded cmw from needrom and follow instructions there. search "thl 4000 needrom" on google, click on the first link, you will find whatever you need there.

bros plz after searching n d site of needrom opens, plz which one did u choose. cos I choose d second one with title " thl 4000 CWM Recovery", but it didn't work for me.

can u plz explain more on how u did urs.

Download Vroot (now Iroot), install it on your PC. connect your phone to PC, open vroot, it will detect your phone, click root and wait for it to be completed.
I have this phone, go to needrom, you will find cmw and newest rom there.
