UWE in Bristol, excellent university offers: Environmental Management or Environemental Consultancy (consultancy is probably more suited to entrepreneurship
fees are £12,250
There is a scholarship you could apply for, which is worth £2,000, but the deadline for applying is Monday!

other options available are

Anglia Ruskin offer MSc Project Management - fees £11,000

Sunderland University offer msc Environment, Health & Safety - fees £10,500, and you will either qualify for discount of £1,500 or £1,000.
Sunderland also offer msc Project management, in either the Sunderland campus or London campus.
Living costs are far higher though in London.

fees are higher in London - £11,750, discount of £1,500, so total fees are £10,250.

With the UWE option, there will be a discount applied to the fees if you pay your tuition by enrollment, I think it is 5%.

Roehampton uni in London offeres MSc Project Management, but the fees are £12,500
