I got these from Adesfoods in Salford, Manchester. They do deliveries as well. I can confirm it tastes exactly the same as the one our granny made us every Sunday morning with akara back in the eighties. grin
I was going to suggest this too
My kids have been taking it since they were six months old back in Nigeria
I live in Aberdeen and they sell in our African store here

You can’t, you have to wait until they email you an appointment date but that can take months.

If you have the money go for fast track, you don’t need appointment for that.
Thank you

Saving towards the fast track option then

Skilled work visa no be beans... I have applied for at least 400 jobs since november.

Must people wont even consider you when they see you need sponsorship, as thats the first question they ask.

Some are on sponsorship list but are still reluctant to sponsor, even though occupation is on the skilled worker list and the salary is more than the required threshold.

I had two very promising interviews in december, the next step in one was to talk with CISO, I come oversabi ask them about sponsorship they said they do sponsor, but it depends if they havent used it up. while expecting email for CISO interview, na unfortunately email I recieve.

the second one the man just they praize me, they praize my experience and my educational background, at least he told me upfornt they dont sponsor at the moment, but thry will keep me on the list etc.

But las las we move, I have reduced applications I am exploring other routes.

Good luck with yours

So it makes sense to ask about sponsorship after there's an offer on the table?

I saw a post on Facebook.... an indian (not that the nationality matters) came here with student visa T4, he immediately hussled and got a care job and switched to T2 visa. I thought I seen it here that its not possible and you had to complete the school

But No, his T2 was approved this week. I didn't know that was possible so hey students shine your eyes ooo. This guy got his visa so he has switched from T4 to T2 without completing the degree

Justwise I don't intend to break any rules ooo but information is power hence why I am posting this
Please can you post the full gist?
Thank you for sharing

I actually heard it isn’t easy to get an accommodation from Nigeria, how true is this? Do you need to be there first and must you pay 6 months upfront ?
Not easy yes but it can be done
We got a two bedroom apartment before we left Nigeria. Got it on a Facebook page for the students of the university I'm attending. Only paid deposit and one month's rent and entered straight from airport. I guess we were very fortunate

Please, would they regard an unborn baby as a dependant when applying for visa especially when the pregnancy is quite visible? Is the unborn baby going to have its own maintenance added to the POF??
Above all will the pregnant applicant be granted visa?
Not at all
Dependants have to be born

Hello,
I have done my Masters degree here in Nigeria.
If I apply for another master's degree program in UK, do you think I will be issued a visa? I'm already 38 years old.
Thank you.
I know a 47 year old that got a student visa last month. Relax and just apply

[Tell your friend] the YouTuber is talking rubbish, as many of them tend to do.
The previous response you got is correct - your dependants must simply enter the UK any time before your student visa expires, not within six months of that time.

No such thing as a six-month rule regarding application - the only place where the rules state that a six month time limit comes into play is that where your student visa has less than 6 months to run, your dependants will not pay the IHS. However, that means that they might be charged for any hospital treatment.
YouTube eh

Full of so much false information. The ones that are genuine aren't many. Best to always verify from official sources

I’ve been thinking.

Programmers/Business people in the house. Can someone build something like Rightmove but for Students moving to the UK. I think there’s a reasonable market for it.

Landlords will post their houses and ask for 3, 6 or 12 months rent in advance (I’ve checked and this is legal). Students can check and if they are happy with any house/location they view as usual and pay.

I won’t go into all the details but I think it would benefit both parties. Abi how Una see am?

P.S- If you decide to build this solution and would like to do it with someone I’m interested please.
But how will the website make money?

Maybe charge a middleman fee

One of my friend just got admitted into glass glow university for a master programs, for September 2022 intake and his to pay 1000 pounds deposit.

He applied for Erasmus, if Erasmus do not grant him scholarship, he would have to pay 15000 pound's.

My question is, if not granted scholarship, will he be able to work and pay his tuition fees, knowing that he has no sponsor.

Your advice will guide him to either start the visa application process or not
Not possible at all. He should find other means to pay at least 80% of his fees

Bolton, Oldham and Leicester are definitely Asian.
Boston is virtually eastern Europe.
I wonder why Leeds, Plymouth and Southampton are on that list..
As for Barking, I would have thought it would be higher, lol.
and I didn't see Birmingham - by reputation alone, it should be there.
Along with Newport in Wales.

No Scottish location on the list, I see.
Because Scotland is awesome grin

We’re still saying the same thing. Those professional certifications are evaluated by WES as bsc depending on how many exams you complete. Instead of spending 4 years in school, you can complete the papers in less than a year and get the same bsc. That’s fast track obviously. I was thinking that’s the kind of runs the page does. P.S you won’t know
Which one they do until you actually message them and pay the consultation fee. So you can’t say for certain that they are fraudulent unless they’ve given you the fraudulent info.
CIMA and ACCA information is free for all knowledge on Page. This is an actual Bsc,Msc and TEF certificate that this person is selling.

The person advertises with TEF by saying if you don't want to learn french, "let your money work for you"

I know the page you’re talking about. Ah they’re selling certificates there? I literally thought it would be a legit fast-tracked program. E.g I know some people do Cima/ACCA. They write all the exams in less than a year and get it evaluated with Wes as a 3 year bachelors. I thought it was stuff like that the page was doing o. Omoooooo
CIMa and acca are professional certifications. That's different.
What kind of Bsc Dem dey fast track in few months?

Thank you all for you suggestions. Apparently, she wants me to be sending her mom money every month, that is what she meant when she asked for the plan I have for her mom. Women and their wahala! You will be striving on how to make life easier for them and they will be adding to your burden. It is well!
In my opinion and this may be unpopular, but I think giving her mom money monthly should be a choice and not an obligation especially if your wife has siblings.
