Others may become so in same sex schools where it is prevalent. It is the only sexual outlet many have. Some dump it after they leave school but some either becomw fully homosexual or bisexual. Note that some were already homosexuals before they even entered secondary school. So, a same sex school would have been haven for them. These might become the senior boys or even classmates who forcefully sodomize other boys.
