To even point that having a certificate aldo constitutionaly demanded is not a measure of performance. After all a large chair doesn't make a king!

The job requirement demands dat he present at least a school certificate, why not present it? U all backing illegality are one of the problems of this country.

Hope u won't cry of partiality if a job u applied for which stated dat applicants must have certain qualification, which u have and with needed experience, was given to someone who doesn't.
