When I see this kind of thread it makes me more proud about being Igbo. Everyone wants to fight or cast aspersion at us.

NDA will be tagged criminals when the go the way of the others, seeking for personal gains but so far they haven't done any of those. I hope they religiously stick to their demands and nothing else and only then will they remain freedom fighters.

Their insistence on not negotiating until the FG is ready to address their demands show they are on course.

This is no Ijaw struggle as they have made it known dat every tribe in the defunct Eastern region is well represented in their team.

Good. Its been 7 months since the publication. When are we to expect implementation or hear of the clamp down of illegal miners? Are we to assume they stopped the mining because of this publication? We know of the clamping down and shoot at sight order on people who are into oil bunkering.

First of all all land belong to the federal government (that's the constitution)

The North can't claim Niger Delta oil that's foolishness, just as Niger Deltans can't claim the farm lands in the North
But it doesn't mean that a northern can't invest in Niger Delta oil (every body with money can, all human race).. .. just as me as an igbo man can acquire 200,000 hectares of land in the North and farm on it if I have the money and the interest
To produce oil from a well u need to invest atleast $500 million and a group of people invest that or more to build infrastructure to produce oil... sale give ur government there 55% and use the remaining to pay staffs and the rest and even still pay ur chiefs and now u want them to just hand it over to you cos it's ur oil??
How will u feel, going to the north to farm and after farming the youth set ur farms on fire and ask u to leave or the burn the whole farms
Let's get this things straight
But they've been doing dat so what's ur argument?

there is no way. my village alone hosts miles of pipelines. what these abuja and lagos dwellers dont know about the ND is the terrain is 95% in favor of NDA and 5% in favor of the army. a pipeline can be blown at any point. with the NDA Doing underwater bmbing like marine engineers . the govt better be worried

the toughers they talk. the lower the oil production goes. because you can secure the flowstation but not the pipes.

when you see people likr quota.system and co talking tough they dont even know where the ND is on the map. they read it on the news. if they are dropped in middle of a swamp they will cry like babies to go out cheesy grin cheesy cheesy
Nigeria Army had better look for ways to station some men inside the swamp to guard the underwater pipelines.

Oh I forgot, they'll drown grin

It is omenka that is tormenting them.

Use the search engine and see for ur self how the name omenka is being mentioned on almost all political related threads by these people.

A man from a minority tribe found in Benue state, a tribe not up to 4 million giving a tribe of 40 million people sleepless nights.

It's obvious they see him in their dream.
But come to think of it, its obvious this little kid dreams Igbo, eats Igbo, drinks Igbo, like his existence is linked to Igbo. Look at his first post and dat should tell u he subconsciously sees Igbo all around him. If he continues this way then I'm sorry

A new hope seemed to swell within me as I patiently read through the huge 2014 Confab Report . Every sincere Nigerian knows Nigeria must be restructured for it work better; the current structure is counter productive, corrupt and suffocating.

A genuine restructuring will drown all these secessionist voices and tendencies. A bigger Nigeria is better for us all; a restructured Nigeria is even better for us all. But till then, I'll keep supporting any group or tribe that wants to get the hell out of the current Nigeria.
I concur sir
