If she was having a psychotic breakdown or something, she should have seen a shrink and not succumb to drugs. mukina2: Sagamite when you have nothing and all of a sudden you have so much, you do not think like the common person without will think. Family › Re: Will You Buy A Toy Gun For Your Child? by cantell(m): 11:05pm On Jan 30, 2012 |
kokoye: I grew up having several toy guns and see how I turned out??
My toy gun actually went of during the sermon back when I was young and I hated myself for the way I was looked at by the entire congregation. My dad did not beat me . .he just laughed at me
Guess what, I knew not to EVER take a toy gun to church again.
I bought my son a PS3 game with a wireless gun and we play with it together . . my wife frowned at the idea at the time but she enjoys the game with us now.
I understand the society we live in . . but why act as if things do not exist when they are all around us?
My son watches tv . . he sees toy guns, catapults, rocks all over the place . .maybe his classmates even bring one to school on show n tell day.
I have gotten him to the point where he knows what real guns can do. . . he KNOWS.
His mom used to frown at anyone who said 'shut up' around him and I would let her know it's ok for him to hear it, as long as he knows the different btw right and wrong.
Now, if you say 'shut up' and he hears you, he will quickly let you know it's a wrong thing to say. Imagine if he was shielded from it all his life and finally heard it in his teenage years . .what would his curiousity do?
Let your kids know the existence of some things, as long as you as there to guide them between right and wrong.
I believe that is part of growing up.
I now know some of the downsides of my parents being over-protective of us. . .we did not 'grow up' on time. But I understand they were just being parents. If you were running a day care, i'll be the first to register my child. Nice one. |

You seem to be angry but i refuse to be carried away by your ignorance. It hurts you so bad that not all Nigerians are concerned by the burial of Ojukwu.
Seriously, i really don't have interest in knowing much about him. But I hope he rests well wherever he is. You must be a cargo for posting that crap in bold letters. This is an Igbo affair, not Nigerians. If you don't like it, i suggest you hang yourself! |

yemmy_ma: I have seen the whole preparation behind the burial of the late Ojukwu. Apart from the fact that i suspect many Governor's in the east to use this as a cash siphoning avenue, i also would want to know if there is really any need for this larger than life burial ceremony?
PS; I guess i don't know much about him to be asking this question, but for those who know, does it really mean that the whole Nigeria should be involved in this whole burial or just the East should be concerned?
Share your opinion Which foolish opinion do you want people to share? You know nothing about him, yet you feel there's so much hype about his burial. E be like say you no get work. |

Rhino.5dm: Mechhie onu!! I have virtually step on every state in Nigeria and far beyond. You are a foollll for saying that. Infact, i leanrt how to phocked on Igbo women way back in the north. We used to pay 10 naira/round. No AIDS then, so we are free to apply skin to skin. I dare you on that!! Nkita ara. Virtually? Meaning lagos and ogun states i guess? Cos you guys never travel. Not because you don't want to, but because you have no guts to face your fellow Nigerians outside ur turf. Bunch of cowards! One more thing, keep phocking Igbo ashawos, that's as far as you can get. Okoli! |

Rhino.5dm: Why are you sooo rich and your women are prostituting all over the place? In the north for instance, the dirty fulani nomads are the one phocking for peanuts.
Why are you sooooooo rich and your mothers and sisters a being shared with camels and goats?? Please take your time and dont come back with your silly replies again.
If you are rich as you claimed, what is about 3 million Igbos doing presently in Kano, even with the possibility of next bomb going off? The saudis are very rich with natuaral resource, so you hardly find then anywhere expect places thatis higher than their country like US.
Borno for instance, is like middle east with lots of shooting and killings everywhere, but chunks of Igbos are still hanging on over there, why? You've never stepped foot outside yorubaland, so even if someone were to explain to you, you'll never understand. |

Negro_Ntns: everyone underwstand the background of your succes - robberies and kidnaps. . . blood money! Aboki specifically say ibo. . . he wants to cut ibo. But ibo hurry up and go put scar on his face to make him look like yoruba so Hausa can spare him. The ones that do that hurry and go convert to islam to be spared. Some of your people full North wey look like Yoruba but they are not. . . . they cant come home because they are shame in your society, they took a different tribal identityt. . . they disowned their fatherland. They dont want to be associated or known as ibo, ever again.
cursed bastards!! I'm happy that at least you acknowledged our success. What matters most is "How well" not "How far". Keep hating, we owe you that. |

Politics › Re: Igbo Killing In Kano Is False - Okorocha by cantell(m): 2:06am On Jan 29, 2012 |
Ex Inferis: why should it surprise anybody that the igbos think they were targeted? its the victim mentality in their genes, the same faulty cancerous DNA that made them feel marginalized before, during, and after the civil war.
whenever calamity befalls us, igbos are the first to cry "victim". in jos, beroms and hausas are at each other's throat: but the igbos always make it seem it was all about them. so also in kaduna, kano, zamfara, everywhere. they must always feel they're victims of some grand conspiracy to persecute them.
sure a few igbos are collateral damage in almost any skirmish, but thats because you guys are parasitically everywhere such that any random stray bullet has a 99% chance of striking dead at least one surplus igbo.
if you dont want to get hurt, stop crawling all over the nigerian map, you ants. When i saw this post, i shook my head in shame and felt sad for the hopeless modafocker that reared this pig. *spits* your poor parents wanted a baby boy, see what they got - a wuss who hides behind a pc and posts crap about people he can never stand up to. |

If you want to involve me in this then this thread would go down a dark path.
Just saying, don't compare people that never achieved anything in Nigeria to those that did.
thanks Oh! I'm shaking! You're a big foool. Why this silly obsession about Igbos? Why can't you give it a rest for once? Ojukwu did this, Zik did that. Have you or any member of your family got to the height where this men attained in their lifetime? You know the history of Igbos like the back of your hand. What kind of obsession is that? In one thread a guy was complaining about what Igbos did to his nephew(don't know if it's true) and somehow, i understand his pain. Not that i support his bashing, but sometimes it's good to let people vent their anger. But in your case, you just do it out of sheer hatred. Stop hating, you can never change anything. If there's anyone who envies the Igbos most in Nl, you're the one. |
