^^thought you left Nl? Broken promises? Idowuogbo: Poster u find it common in Yoruba women cus u a goat!!! U seriously need to be in a cage wiv fellow reptiles. What has Igbos got to do with the topic? I tire for senseless posts. @topic, I'll reserve my comment till the day of the strike. |
Dudu_Negro: so why isnt igbo money relocated to Igboland? I will tell you why Igbo money is not in Igboland for sure. Alaigbo is indeed worse to its own indigenous sons and daughters than Yoruba or Hausa will ever be. There are two classes of Igbos let me tell you. The land owner and the wealth owner. Most of the wealth owner are osus and they have rebelled against the land and its owners. . . .they find comfort and bonding and brotherhood with foreigners and foreign lands than they do their own birthsoil where their fundamental birthrights are denied.*yawns* OUT OF POINT! Abeg, go sleep. |
olayinka1987: Of course there are robbers in the West.... Actually, it wouldn't surprise if most of them were Igbo lol. useless peopleLol. O boy, i like this congo already, even though he enjoys bashing Igbos. Matter of fact, you just accepted that armed robbers are in the west too. Thats all i needed to know. Congo! |
olayinka1987: Please don't get me started on the crime rates in the East. We all know about the insane amount of armed robbers, fraudsters and drug dealers out there. The Armed robbers are one of the main reasons alot Igbo people have ran away from that place. They don't feel safe in the East!!!And there are no armed robbers in the west? I thought i had seen all the foools in Nl? This one seems to make the word foool sound cheap. The congo must be high on something cheap. |
Kobojunkie: Instead of simply complaining, plant trees. The solution really starts with that simple action. So he should plant trees and wait for 3yrs while the heat roasts him like mangala fish? Nice one. |
freecocoa:Seun and his promises = Goodluck vs Nigerian people. Una go wait tire! The guy na Obj junior broda. |
freecocoa: pretend you didn't see the hyperbole in my post, abi you just dey find my mouth as usual. No mind me. The new Nl is driving me nuts. I'm bored like a full-time house wife. |
freecocoa: Hama kini?its only heat that's hammering us here o,AC sef no fit stop the heat. You sure say you get better Ac abi na "national" you dey use? @topic, Heat no gree person rest, both day and night. Night own worst pass, mosquito dey chop person like die. |
Dipwater: @acidosis wow loooooolz frnd I have tatoo and I gat earing on my ear doesnt make a a hoodlum I tink it has to do wit mentality and the kind of life u re living I don't judge poeples lifstyle cuz we all come 4rm diff background, hav diff reigion custom and bilivBe sure not to move around Oshodi with your tattoo and ear rings.(if you're in lagos) The policemen lurking around there might have a good reason to bundle ur assz into their cell. |
Inked_Nerd: [font=times new roman][size=12pt]@OP: Anyone who says its not of our culture is either stüpid or lying to themselves. It is very much a part of African culture, especially Nigeria. There's quite a big difference btw with temp body art which can be erased and tattoo. Body arts are more like make-ups and it's not painful unlike tattoo. The only thing i know that looks like tattoo is "Igbu ichi" in Igbo land(facial sacrification) A very painful and near death experience. I don't know about other African cultures but then, it wasn't permanent like now. @topic, I'm not comfortable around people with tattoos. No offense to tattoo lovers. |
drnoel: I was raised in Lagos, but schooled and worked in most of the south -East, south-southern states. So I got 2 know most of these palces very well. I would recommend owerri cos of its peace and quiet and if its fun u want, the city rocks, the girls are fine and willing. U'd have a ball there if u got a nice car and some cash 2 burn. Aba was nice, but their nightlife can't be compared 2 owerri, besides Aba city has some crude things about it. I won't recommend u live in aba, but if u stay in Owerri u can always go 2 aba or PH to party (we used 2 do that a lot). Calabar and Uyo was where most of my friends while we where in the University a long time ago lost their Virginity. This places will take ur breathe away, life is very nice there but too dull and slow 4 a guy like we who grew-up in Lagos. Their party life is just nice, but the girls, men the girls. That was an experience.Nice one. |

Seun: We are not professional designers, but we are damn good programmers. Have you not noticed this?Lol, i have. But please, why don't you recreate with the old site like denzel2009 suggested? It's driving me crazy searching for threads/posts and the brightness is about to send me to an eye clinic. Before the new site was introduced, i could be on Nl for hours in a stretch, but these days i find it difficult. Your site is worth millions or more, a few nickel here and there won't leave you penniless. |
Seun: Computer programmers: we count from zero! The New Nairaland is a computer program, so ... that's why!Mr programmer, no offense but wouldn't it be much easier to hand over this site to good web programmers who can actually do the job? |
Okija_juju: - Also the entertainment - . . . Ngwo a.k.a Palmwine (Nkwu enu), Grasscutter/Nchi, Okpa, Abacha, Nkwobi, Isi ewu (made with real Isi Ewu mpki not Ewu ugwu), Ofe Nsala and Oha (prepared the way it should be not this adulterated crap you get in the city). You're trying too hard. |
mama-gee:Watch your mouth knuckle head! Smh, some things never change. |
Ejiné: Does he always have to wear that boring suit everywhere he goes?Aboki style.lol |
Mynd_44: I am not surprised that the OP is Onila. She is sick and twisted in more ways than can be described.Seconded. |
inufele2: The difference be say Yoruba man will never take the kind of risks Igbos like to take, they will arrest a Yorubaman for the same offence in UK, USA but not in india, malaysia or even china of all places.Igbo kwenu!I agree to some extent. As foolish as it might sound, those Igbo drug pushers believe in higher risks, more profit. |
@op,Short version - Love is when you're sleeping with the same woman over and over again, without getting bored. :-" |
sauer: An ibo man I entered into a discussion with told me the total cost is a function of what the girl has studied to become. A lawyer or doctor would be worth more than a teacher, for instance. And a doctor would infact be worth more than a lawyer, or so, with price ranges in the millions. I sensed he also was attempting to justify this pricing mechanism and I found that rather strange and funnyThe man is probably from Imo. Na so dem dey do. |
