* He scored against Northern ireland even sorloth
a crystal palace flop bagged a brace as well*

*Apart from his champions league which was spectacular he hasn't done much. He is still a one season wonder. This season will tell us about his quality.
It's not true. Halaand scored in their first game. Meanwhile Sancho couldn't score against Iceland. Batshauyi of Chelsea scored 2 in just one half.

Wait are you trying to compare Halaand and Sancho?

Haaland debuted for Norway this past week and already has 2 goals...Haaland announced himself on the biggest stage with Salzburg, Salzburg o! He went to Dortmund and was banging goals for fun. I dare say that if Haaland started the season at Dortmund, he'd have won the top scorer award in that league.

I have talked Salzburg, Norway, Dortmund and the UCL...What has Sancho done away from the Bundesliga?
The fail to understand this. The difference in class between Halaand and Sancho is like from Maiduguri to PH. Sancho has played UCL, At England and Bundesliga. He only performed well in one.

No mind am. Even Wes Brown lifted 8 premiership titles and 2 UCLs. Brown even had an assist in UCL Final.

In 2009 season Drogba scored 5 goals, while Vidic scored 4.

How much was havertz gotten for? Pulisic that Sancho sent to the bench was still sold for 62m...the fact that the board is delaying this transfer shouldn't justify categorizing Sancho as an average player..he's more than that
That Sancho benched Pulisic in Dortmund doesn't mean he is necessarily better than him. Willian and Oscar benched and chased Salah and KDB out of Chelsea for example.
NB: I am not saying that Pulisic is better. But they are still 20 and 21. At these age you can't swear who will be better between Rooney and Ronaldo.

Between Pulisic and Dembele who will you chose now.

30m is too much for Reguillon but if he was English, they'd pay 50m without asking.

Wan-Bissaka was bought for 50m but a player who was a mainstay in a UEL winning team is too expensive at 30m? Na wah o!

If the argument is the buy back clause then it's fine but definitely not the price.
30m Euros oo, not pounds. Chilwell is 50m pounds. He is twice the price of Regullion

In todays market, 40m is cheap. That is why people were praising United for signing VDB. It's a steal.
Thank you very much. There is Regullion for £18m, but we will prefer Jammaal Lewin or Ben White for £35m. There is Upamecano for £50m but we will go for Magwaya for £80m. There is Castagne for £22m but we want AWB for £50m. Ole wanted Longstaff for the same price we bought Bruno. There was Lucas Ocampos and David Neres in the market, but Giggs suggest James at the same price. 2 seasons down the line, one of those players will be average, the rest will be deadwoods. We will start crying again for another expensive flop. Since Fergie retired we have broken the transfer record in 4 key positions Maguire, Dimaria, Pogba and Lukaku.

Look at the signing of Bruno, do these kinds of signing 4 out of 5 times you will be settled for 5 seasons while generational academy players emerge, while still signing smartly and then occasionally breaking the transfer record.

Douglas Costa (You can sign Neres and Costa for 60m)

How much did Chelsea pay for Ziyech and Werner? If they joined us, won't they have improved us massively?

How much did Castagne cost Leicester?
They will rubbish all these players and prefer a colourful English player at a very high price tag. So as to feel good as the record breakers and biggest club

It’s quite interesting that you guys are focusing on inflows from shareholders in the last 5 years, can you expand to 10 years? Also, why have you not considered cash outflows for investing activities? That’s where you will see how much each club has spent on players.

Dividends of 140m in 10 years is nothing, compared to their share of capital used in acquiring the club.
Nitrogen, I think I am beginning to see things from your own perspective. Apart from Mourinhos 3rd season and this coming one. United have spent on average £150m every season with nothing to show for it. We buy very very useless and overrated players on high wages, when it's time to offload it's a big problem. It's time we begin to hold managers responsible for the kind of players they buy. Ole told us last season that he is happy with the squad, so why blaming the ED. I watched his interview yesterday he was sounding comfortable with the squad. He should resign if he is not ready to get the best out of this group of players or SHOUT and CRY like Mourinho and Conte. His lies and pretence is nauseating

When we were trying to sign Ighalo, I said we should rather look at Inngs but folks here shouted the idea down. Inngs later went on to have a magnificent season...Low profile but will do a job when called upon and won't complain a out being on the bench.

Sometimes, we don't want to talk just so we don't start an argument that will drag on for days here. Look at Leicester, how much did it take them to assemble that squad? A fraction of our squad's worth but they play very good football...See Castagne that was signed to replace Chiwell, dude played RB and was excellent yesterday bombing forward at every given opportunity but Ole opted for Wan-Bissaka for 50m...

I don't think Leicester City have missed Maguire at all and how much did we pay? 80m...SMH!

Ole has to do better this season even without further additions if not he should be shown the door...
For me, Ole need to be backed. There are holes in the team. We can get Douglas costa on loan, or Sign David Neres, while we await the signing of a marquee RW. an attacking left back is a must also. But na ole open him eye go buy Magwaya and AWB for combined £130m, yet complaining of lack of funds. Everton just lowkey revamped their midfield with a combined £60m. We are not supporting The Glazers and Ed but if they bring money to spend, spend it wisely. Not splashing on overrated English players at double their actual prices, only to continue playing them even when it's clear they are not good enough

Please let's look at things from another perspective, Lampard and Chelsea have signed Ziyech, Werner, Havertz, Chiwell for the same amount we used to sign Maguire, Wan-Bissaka, Dan James and Bruno. Chelsea even got two CBs on a free with Silva taking a huge pay cut to sign for them...

I know it's early days but you can't look past the signings Chelsea have made with a similar outlay to ours last season. Now we are chasing another expensive player that won't plug all the holes in our team. Pep spends a lot of money but most times he signs plahers around the 50m mark. For 108m, Pep will most likely get 2-3 very good players but no, we should spend same amount on just one player.

Maguire we signed for 80m hasn't proven to be twice the player Smalling is individually nor has he showned that he is twice the player Lindelof is. We are stuck with him now. Imagine looking for another CB a season after signing one for 80m. Do you think Joe Gomez is better than Lindelof? If Joe Gomez plays alongside Maguire, we will be quick to throw him under the bus but at Liverpool, with Van Dijk beside him, he looks good...

For 108m, we will get Neres, Reguilon, Tiago (Not a necessity), Upamecano or any other CB etc. Or we can get Neres and Douglas Costa in hope that one of them blossoms. If you sign Neres for 30-40m and he flops, we can quietly lick our wounds and move on but for 108m, I tell you it will be painful. I don't even want to talk about the added pressure that comes with such amount.
They fail to see it that way. There own is sign! sign! They just want the new toy around. Making a huge investment on a single player who is not Mbappe, Messi or Ronaldo has its consequences. If we had signed Maguire for £15m. By now we might had added him among the deadwoods, his price means we must play him. We tends to sign average players for twice their price and claim to be the biggest clubs in the world. Let's even calculate the amount Pep spent since he joined city and what we have spend. The difference is not much. The issue is we sign a lot of duds for extortionate fees, they play nonsense, we cry back to blame Ed. We are behaving as if not signing Sancho is the end of the world.

There are several players we can get easily on the cheap which can massively improve this team, but no we want a marquee colourful player who will come with too much pressure and fail. When you come up with quality low key players we reject them tagging them finished or not good enough, only to splurge big money on expensive flops.

We deserve this current board and Woodward honestly undecided undecided

One moment fans are clamouring for the club to spend the money, the next moment they're saying we shouldn't buy *an overrated* player..

Sancho is still our priority and should be gotten at all costs, looking at the price pulisic and dembouz was sold,108m is OK for him..

Yes,he's worth it
Bros nobody is saying dont spend on Sancho. If you are going buy him, buy him and let everyone rest. If not use the money and buy where we need covers. As it is now. We need a fast and competent CB, we need an attacking LB, our fullback positions are dead attackwise, then a RW.

We have gotten VDB, even if we sign Sancho for €120m, are we ok? Will Sancho give us the league? Many people have said it here especially Patrickmuff, we need quality options across the pitch, blowing 120m on Sancho alone is insane, where we need to cover other areas of the pitch. Nobody is saying don't sign Sancho. No matter how you will want to put it, Sancho is another quality forward player like Martial, Rashford etc and nothing more.

where do you predict Everton will finish this season?
EPL this season will be very tough. Apart from the top 4 (City, Liverpool, United and Chelsea) there is Arsenal, Wolves, Leicester and Spurs. That's 8 teams already. With Everton now. Any team apart from City and Liverpool can finish anywhere from 3rd-9th.
Therefore, If Martial and Rashford continue to misfire in front of goal. We might be in the mix for Europa league scrap

Exactly. Everton really impressed today. I still don't know why we didn't go for players like James Rodriguez.
We are looking for Sancho and Thiago. The guy did not become a dud overnight, For £22m. He is a bargain and still 28. There are many players there up for grabs, but no, we want to blow 120m on Sancho, as if he is Messi that will win the league for us. If Sancho is that good as most people are trying to make us understand. Borussia Dortmund wouldn't have crashed out of the Champions league so easily with him making no impact.
