It is not beyond the realm of possibility to have Sancho LWF, Greenwood RWF, Martial CF.

What Rashford has going for him is incredible mental toughness and work rate.

Exactly, it's just that hardwork that keeps him going. Sancho, Greenwood and Martial has better natural abilities than him. One thing though is that even if he get benched, he will not sulk or recoil, he wont even be annoyed, he will try to work hard and bounce back.
Rashford is like Ronaldo, he will last long, have you seen where he is training? Although we need all four for depth.

Rashford never had a long off form period. Go and check his 2019, he was scoring almost every match when Ole came in, have you forgotten PSG? Last season (2019 leg) Rashford scored 19 goals before January this year. So he was never trolled. Unlike Lingard.
Moreover, in terms of Maturity it's very hard to get a player of Rashford age as mature as he is. In that aspect he is far better than Sancho

People doesn't know that a new trend will evolve now.

In the last 3-4 years 80% of record signings flopped or are totally average at best especially those around the 100m bracket. Clubs will be very very careful spending 100m+ for any player that is not Certain will hit the ground running. Eg. Mbappe, Neymar, Messi and Ronaldo. Because if you sign 2 of those kind of players and they flop, it will be hard to recover.

Barca has learnt their bitter lesson. Dembele, Griezmann and Coutinho. Now they are going for depay and wijnaldum.
