Malacia is hooked, thats a very very stupid decision from Amorim to even start him. He should be told that EPL teams are not portuguese liga teams, any mistake here is punished. Malacia should not start against any EPL team again

If Amorim wants to get anything in this season he needs to stick Hojlund in that No.9 position, any other person should be a substitute. And he needs to sort out the issues with Garnacho. Bruno has clearly lost his finishing touch we must look to move him to the CM role. Our wing backs are criminal.

Amorim has a lot of chopping and changing to do in January and the summer. So many of these players have to be sold.
They are just not good enough.

He should use the ones he have now well, Malacia is not fit, yet he keeps starting him.

Amorim must be very stupid to start Malacia on that position. Even Toby Collyer would have been better. Every match he started Malacia we have been cooked yet he keeps starting him in important games.

They are still 2nd on the table. In this last match they had 63% possession, 19 shots with 7 being on target. Atletico has 37% possession with 5 shots. Flick can't enter the pitch and covert chances.

Maz, Martinez and Dalot should ideally all rest from the next starting lineup. The problem is that we don't have a readymade replacement for Martinez. Maybe Lindelof can play there with Maguire at CCB and Yoro at RCB.

SAF was a don who had loads of credit in the bank and had a naturally mean streak. He also had 100% backing of the 1-2 people who mattered back then. Amorin is still new and has no credit in the bank and might not have SAF levels of natural vindictiveness.

I am fully in support of Rashford sales. But one of the key reasons why players don't succeed in Man Utd is because of the toxic fans and toxic media against our players. we have. Man Utd fans over the years have proven from assessment to be the most dumbest and clueless fan base in world football. Whenever a player, especially a young player does well, he will be hyped to high heavens and then within months a lot of people will begin to develop agendas on the same players.

Few months ago goals from Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo gave the win in the FA cup final, both teenagers at that time, the whole fanbase were waxing lyrical about them. Fast forward 5 months later, the same idiotic and foolish toxic fans are turning on on them abusing and bullying them despite their age, not regarding that they still have some aspect of their games they need to upgrade on and they also have few professional traits they need to acquire for their all round abilities.

I use to remember Sir Alex Ferguson banning journalists from press conferences who reports rubbish about our players, or who ask him stupid questions. In 2015/16 season Hazard scored just 1 league goal the entire season, Diego Costa was completely out of form, after winning the league the previous season, yet Chelsea fans were not bullying and cursing them, they came back the next season to put world class performances and won the league, If na us we will be asking that they should be offloaded for free and their contract ls terminated, costa later was sold at £55m Hazard later went for over £100m, later we will be crying that our board no sabi sell.

If I am a young player Man United will be the last place I will consider playing football. If Amad knows what is good for him this is the right time for him to leave the club because they will soon come for him, once he string together 5 unconvincing performances. If I am Mainoo I will be leaving this toxic fan base. Garnacho who is now the devil and the worst player on the planet If I am him i will be looking for a new team, like Dortmund or Leverkusen, Man United is not the right environment for young players to develop. Look at Hojlund, came to the club at just 20, at deadline day so missed like 4 weeks of actions, no pre season, he scored 21 goals even though he was out for some time due to injury and he is joining a new league, in one of the worst Man United teams ever. The boy went to Euros for his country missed a few chances, for his country oo not in the club, the stupid fan base started calling for us to sell him.

If Amorim want to succeed he need to protect his players from the toxic fans, If a player performs badly either in match or in training, or having disciplinary issues he should treat it internally. Rashford deserves to be sold, but which other black player is in line to be the villian? Amad? Mainoo?or both? Chose your pick.

Even though he has some Garnacho behaviour about him, I think Amorin should give Ennis some minutes to see if there is anything there. He is getting too old and good for Premier League 2.

Mather is intelligent but limited especially physically. Williams has most of the tools but does not play with enough intensity and might even be better at WB.

Me the people I am waiting for are Thwaites and Ibragimov, you saw that goal Ibragimov scored for the U-21? The one Chido assisted him. Thaat boy is giving Alexis McAllister vibes.
Another one that can be promoted is James Scanlon, he looks a bit more mature than his age mates, may be because he is a full international now. But generally he looks average to me.

Very detailed analysis of the possession and passing stats. I had noticed something similar but did not have the stats to back it up. Good that your research highlights it very well. I think the key is that not only are our players organized better in terms of having passing lanes and options but also that we play with more patience. There were many opportunities yesterday for either Bruno or Ugarte to spam long balls forward and thereby lose possession but instead they went for the more seasonable option and kept circulating it until a better opportunity arose.

With regards the CBs i think we still need a LCB to compete with Martinez. I have some hope in Kukonki but he is realistically still a couple of seasons away and who knows what trajectory the club will move in when Amorin settles in. We might even need a LCB of a higher quality than Martinez.

For the CMs we need another starter level senior player like you said. One who has Ugarte's intensity but can also orchestrate, He might be the initial starter while both Mainoo and Ugarte rotate around him. Whichever of them is able to iron out his flaws better will then start partnering him.

A player like Wirtz or Musiala would be great for the left 10 role while Amad is the right 10. I am not so sure we need to spend money on an experienced striker at this stage, especially with our potential FFP restrictions. If we spend appropriate money on 2 WBs, a LCB, 1-2 CMs, a LAMF, and we still have the funds then we can look for another CF. Most of the CFs around now are potential frauds who will just cost us big money for little return. That is why every new season there is another 1-2 season wonder who is making the news.

Excellent, insight. The experience steiker I mean is not a big money signing. Signings like Cavani on a free who will come in, in the last 20-25 mins of games, and relieve the Hojlund in cup games too. Mostly on free transfer or like max £5m. Infact even Welbeck on a free will do.
I believe Witz is the long term successor of Bruno. Bruno’s too many game time is beginning to catch up with him, I noticed recently he misplaced a lot of passes and shots that ordinarily normal him would have done better.

Carlos Augusto is also at Inter Milan. He is nearly as good as Di Marco. You can check him out. Di Marco is the first choice but he too sees considerable gametime.

I Laugh when some people say that 3 atb system wont work or is problematic. I have done my research and noticed that some of the nastiest coaches to play against are the ones that do 3 atb. Inzaghi for now is at the top of the pile, Gasperini is another one, Conte, Alonso, even Tuchel. Very annoying to play against, and they don't require too many marquee signings to work, just discipline, effiecient and high work rate shikena. If you watch Atalanta and Inter, those guys are absolute Bastards, they will frustrate the hell oit of you.

One thing I have noticed too about Amorim style that is different from other 3atb coaches is his passing stats. I.e the amount and accuracy. Apart from Alonso' Leverkusen, All 3atb coaches have low passing and possesion stats against tough oppositions, including elite ones like Gasperini and Inzaghi, and even Conte.

Since Amorim came, we have out-passed every team we have played against apart from City yesterday, infact we were leading them both in terms possession and every passing stats until the injury time because we just wanted to see out the game and they were desperate to score.
For context even though City are poor recently, but they have dominated possesion against every team they played and by far out-passed all of them including Liverpool.
During ETH , we barely clock 300/350 passes even against any competent team even Fernabache, out-passed us. Yesterday versus city we had 476 to City's 491 we were leading them in this stat before injury time, i was constantly checking it, thats insane against City at Etihad.
We had 22 touches in Man city box, thats also insane at Etihad, many teams including Liverpool didnt have up to 15 at Anfield. Also Man city had like 18. For Context, away to Brentford last season they had 85 touches in our box.
I took a dive and checked Sporting stats I discovered that it followed the same pattern, they dominated every team they played including the top teams, they only match they didn't was against city that they won 4-1, which shows that we have better quality players than Sporting in possession and passing accuracy, they just had better team work having played and trained together for a longer time. Surprisingly, the new coach in Sporting even though he just won his first league game against Boavista last weekend, his team dominated the possession and passing stats too including agaisnt Arsenal. Which means Amorim has ingrained that style in the team before he left.

I don't know if this is a positive sign, but its a very interesting one. Most 3atb teams are known for their OOP mastery, stifling abity and quick transition, but Amorim added passing and possession to that chart in his teams. Another thing I noticed with Alonso Leverkusen is their OOP arrangement is below par compared to others the best in that aspect is Atalanta, those guys are demons.

I believe that a deep lying orchestrator to patner Ugarte is essential or Mainoo should be trained to be that. A set of wingbacks and an experienced Striker is needed, plus a 10. I suggest Witz. In CB we are really good we have 5 solid ones Maz, Licha, Deligt, Yoro and Maguire (I will give him 2 year extension on reduced wages, Francesco Acerbi,36 and DeVries 32 are the 2 CCBs in inter, and Djimsiti at 31 plays it for Atalanta until they got Hien in the summer to share the responsibility).

The LWBs I can easily think of are Theo Hernandez, Alphonso Davies, Di Marco, and Carlos Augusto. Of the aforementioned, Augusto is the easiest option as I reckon Davies is Madrid-bound and Theo Hernandez is injury-prone.

For RWB, Dumfries or Frimpong should do. I believe we can get either of them for a reasonable fee.

Who is carlos Augusto? How about Patrick Dorgu?

The best for me among those bunch is Di Marco, the guy is solid
