I'm not surprised by the way the team is playing and the results. I don't expect anything more. We needed at least 2 new players, even before Rashford and Antony left. With them leaving, we should have gotten at least 3 players, but we got just one and they left it very late. The club is not serious about changing things. Just look at what City is doing in the transfer windows. They don't waste time at all and always ready to fix areas of the team that needs fixing

The greatest limitations to our game is that our wingbacks are blunt. Then we dont have a proper striker. And we concede far too many goals from Goal keeping errors

We need 2 wing backs, strong, energetic and physical ones, who are good on the ball too.
We need an elite striker, Gyokeres, for example.
We need a CM that plays intelligently like Eriksen
Then most importantly we need a decent GK that can command the box.

Elanga was at Man United just out from the academy, our dumb and impatient fans want him sold immediately he did not start scoring 30 goals and 30 assists in his first full season. Today Elanga already has 3 assists versus our nemesis Brighton.

A quality GK, Wing backs and a striker should be the priority in the transfer window, also 1 or 2 bench option in the midfield is needed.
If resources are limited then we should priotize a top striker.

We need a younger Eriksen-like Midfielder not a bench option. Just like you said we need a GK, Quality top level striker, 2 wing backs. We have gotten one Dorgu i like Quenda

I have said it, for this system to work well we need 2 bombing wing backs and a clinical striker. Thats what we need. If we add a younger Eriksen type of midfielder it will be good. Our depth will be great too
