Well, mine is still on AP. Got a mail last Wednesday saying, I should submit an official cover letter authorizing my bank to release pertinent Account information to United States Embassy in Abuja to enable it conclude the process of my visa application. My sponsor’s SOA from an financial investment Company. I have done what they have asked. I contacted the investment Company but they said the embassy has not gotten to them yet. So I still de wait.

Hello house! Please I need help from those who have been through what I'm experiencing at the moment. My interview was on July 25th in Abj. I was placed on Administrative Processing for nearly two weeks and when I checked the CEAC site on the 6th of August I saw 'Refused'. I felt really bad, can't lie about that but I didn't know the scary part was incoming. I went to pick up my passport and besides the pink paper, there was this white paper attached and there was one part where "Fake bank documents" was handwritten. My uncle who's also my sponsor kept assuring me that the statement of account was legit even though I asked him twice before I was refused. I can swear anyday, anytime that I had no idea the statement wasn't legit. Throughout my school days I no even get mind carry expo enter exam hall not to talk of presenting an altered statement of account to the US embassy that is thorough. I don't have one fraudulent bone in me. The problem is I don't know if I have been banned cos the VO warned me I'd be banned if the statement isn't authentic. Please what do I do now? I'm so confused and in a very bad place right now. The US embassy is not a place you can walk in to iron issues out. I sent a mail several days ago and still no reply. Some people are encouraging me not to wait too long before trying again so I wouldn't look guilty (with a different sponsor tho). Others think I should just give it time before trying again so I don't look suspicious when I bring two different statement of accounts from different sponsors within a short period of time. Please anybody with an idea should feel free to chip in. If you have been through something similar and you don't want to say anything here, please email me. I feel lost right now. PLEASE HOUSE, HELP.

Let me react to it my way:
1) That letter is ok. As far as that area is concerned it is ok, period.
2) It's a letter, official letter, written by a legally employed desk officer. Hand written? Yes!
3) It will be accepted ( there) and the recruit is already working.
4) If it pains you go and create liberal employment avenues in your own state. Do you hear me?
5) See, in my own state ( I wont mention), that letter can put the desk officer in trouble.
6) Of a truth, there may be computers lying about in their office but computer operators position may be vacant, waiting to be filled. See it?
7) In this my state can you believe I once paid a government typist N500 to type an official letter on a manual typewriter for me. Truth!
Do you know that in my city I am paying close to N5 000 to have a total of less than 3 days electricity in a month? Yes, if you don't pay, they come with well armed mopol to disconnect you. Sure your state/area can be better.
So I repeat, leave that letter alone, leave the desk officer alone, leave that state alone, go to your state and make your bed to be convenient for you and your people to lye.
Quote me some states make things too tight for their unemployed ones while others make it deliberately easy.
My question is : How is that poor unemployed person treated in your own state? I mean even with N-Power?
