May peace be on to u bro. If I see u in person, I will hug u, we smile. We laugh, we wine. Don't allow political hatred to make u low. Life is to short.

In the busines world, igbos and yorubas do business.. Where I go drink last night, we were three igbos, two yorubas. We laughed and drank and were happy.

Don't allow nairaland deceive u. Don't allow nairaland likes deceive u. It is not real. At the end of the day, those who are poor will still be poor. Those who are dying of hunger wil still die while politicians in west and east and north mingle, smile and loot.

And lastly, the entire masses are in bondage. Don't think igbos alone are in bondage. The entire masses born into Nigeria are in bondage bro. No light, no water, no proper health care system, unemployment, insecurity, over 100 soldiers killed, we don't know how many next. Travel out and u may course the entire days u spent in Nigeria.

Once again, yourbas are not hopeless, igbos are not, northerners are not, the country is a victim of bad leadership which is found across the country. Did u look at that pics? They are the elites who steal from u and I. Peace to u bro.

With regards to the Waec scratch card, someone once commented I think on either page 162 or 163 about using hellofax to do this. Information on how to use it was also provided, so I'd advice you check previous pages. However, if you can buy the scratch card and send it via courier to WES without scratching it, that'd be much better. I once read that scratch cards should not be scratched. Put your wes reference number on the scratch card before sending.
I hope this information helps

Hello, thanks for the information. Please can you help ask your friend to share information on how to join the Whatsapp group?
Rytefish:
Well, there are many sides I could see to this, one is the fact that most of those who applied to top schools don't come over here to make enquiries, they only get to be silent readers, they download the transcript drop box and develop it to their own taste....

You know what it means when Harvard, Stanford, Yale, Duke, Massachusetts give you funding..... for you to have gotten the funding through various mail respondents for months, then, preparing for interview will be an easy ride for you.

I have a friend that scored 316 in GRE, who decided to re write just because is target was Duke University, he wrote again, then scored 315, so, he had to check out lesser ranked schools because of that score....But most of us, sincerely, and probably among busy schedules couldn't get to write the GRE which is what makes those top schools competitive....

Also, this same friend told me of a WhatsApp group that consists of gurus all over the world, including Indian students, studying in US, he belongs to the group, they discuss basically, how to get into top schools, and nothing more, and that's where he got his inspiration...

He was the one that told me Indians usually study with loans so they easily get into top schools even if they don't get funding, and they do so with a target of getting employed in top companies, be it business or manufacturing company in the US....they believe they will pay back while they get employed in those big companies... the difference here is Nigerians hardly attend such schools without funding...

I can keep on writing on it...but let the gurus here help out more.

I really do not have much information on WAEC and WES cuz this is a new policy. But if you had your immigration assessment recently, I think wes should have asked you for your waec, transcript and degree certificate. If this is your case and you've already sent this documents before, just follow the procedures Timotee gave and contact WES asking for a transfer of your documents. With this procedure, you would not need to send a new waec certificate or other documents again. Please make sure to quote your 2 reference numbers when Contacting WES
Regards
Yureyes:
Thank you very much. I will just cancel my application with ECE and do WES. But I have to go to Yaba to get my
WAEC result sent to WES.
Please do you know how long it takes for WAEC to send result to WES? And what are the procedures? What are the documents I should take to WAEC office?
TravelRe: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part 14 by CapitoneMax(m): 12:28am On Oct 15, 2018
@yureyes....this here us your answer.
I can confirm from experience its genuineness
Timotee:
I may be able to give you some advice based on a similar dealing with WES. It's possible to evaluate your transcript with WES USA if your documents have already been verified by WES Canada (I'm assuming that it was with WES Canada that you did the evaluation for immigration purposes). If that is the case, you will have to create a new (separate) account for WES USA, fill the request for a course by course evaluation, and then pay the fee. After that, you will send an email to WES Canada informing them that you want to transfer your verified documents to your WES USA account. Make sure you state both your WES USA and WES Canada account numbers in the email. Typically, they should respond to you in a week, but to make things faster, call WES Canada the next working day after you sent your email and notify them of your request and the email that you sent. Within a week, your verified documents will be transferred from your WES Canada account to your WES USA account and evaluation will commence and be completed (another 5-7 days). To speed up the process, you will have to call WES Canada frequently so they can transfer your verified documents. Hope this helps.

Personal opinion though, I think you did really well at the interview. Your responses were direct, straight to the point and clearly explained your genuine intention of obtaining an MBA. However and to me, the program structure especially the delivery (hybrid) was the major and probably the only disadvantage your interview had.
Let other experienced gurus on this thread offer advice
