Education / Re: Lagos State Outlaws Flogging Of Students & Apprentices. by CapnCrunch: 2:10pm On Jul 08, 2011
abeg this is a good law. how many teachers abuse their position. I remember when my fam was posted to Nigeria for one year, and this teacher mercilessley beat my sister till she was bleeding, my mom came to the school and almost strangled this guy. Leave the corporal Punishment to the parents and family members. If Nigerians are worried that their kids will turn out for the worse, dont blame the law, blame the bad parrenting at home, because parents refure to punish their kids
NYSC / Re: Nysc Declines Requests For Redeployment by CapnCrunch: 2:00pm On Jul 08, 2011

Sports / Re: Kanu Tops Nigeria's 50 Greatest Players by CapnCrunch: 1:08am On Jun 20, 2011
hmm a two time african player of the year, olympic gold medalist, champions league winner, FA and Leage cup champ, and ppl are arguing he is not number 1?, sometimes i wonder, if you people even watch the game at all. To me Kanu is the greatest, his two goal performance against argentina in 96 was brilliant, the game tying and game winning goal. His several heroics in arsenal ie against chelsea for instance, man he was untop of the world. Age and injuries prevented him from having a better career, but your lying to yourself or under the age of 15 to think he was not BRILLIANT and not the greatest. Are also forgetting he was 6"5 yet one of the most tehcnical big men to ever play the game, okocha comes second

Romance / Re: Don't Blame Ladies Who Desire A 6ft+ Guys , U Will Not Understand by CapnCrunch: 5:50am On May 18, 2011
just to set the record straight the average height is 5"8=5"9 not 6 feet
Romance / Re: Don't Blame Ladies Who Desire A 6ft+ Guys , U Will Not Understand by CapnCrunch: 11:43pm On May 17, 2011
wow poster stop copying and pasting, anybody who values the height of a human being over whats inside is rather pathetic. Im 6"8, my dad is 6"5 and my mom 5"11, shortest in my fam is 6"0, but my height is the shit height. I cant fit on the bus sits in the back because my legs are too long, not all clothes come in my height, and i order online, in that department life sucks. and there is this misconception of short guys always being angry, maybe they are angry because there are ppl who dont give them a chance because of their height, thats a pathetic way to judge ppl. For me girls under a certain height dont look my way because apprrentley i am intimidating, which aint fair, real talks ill give anything to be 6 inches shorter. BTW one of my classmates is 5"7 and this guy is commandin chicks like nothing, at the end of the day what women really dig is confidence, not this height nonsense.

the thing that irks me is when pppl say he cannot score hence he is not good, is he a striker? does scoring equate to being a good player, some ppl here dont know football
Sports / Re: Is Mikel Obi A Lazy Player,As Some Football Pundits Reckon ? by CapnCrunch: 3:36am On May 06, 2011
abeg sharraaap. you ppl sef

do u even know what a defensive mid's job is? Break down the offence and make simple passes and distribution. As far as i am concerned mikel is doing a good job. Whenever Mikel plays the holding role, chelsea is a much more stable team. He is a smart player who stays back so that lampard and essien can go up. keep hatin on the man, but as far as chelsea is concerned he is a valuable asset to them

Akwa-Ibom,Cross-River, and okonkon ndem was one of the very few ibibio, effik in high places that supported that the war effort till the very end, majority of efik/ibibio realized the mistake of biafra early and did not support it, and to this day some, altho not many efiks/ejagham/ibibio cant really forgive the igbos for forcing them into the war, as it stood they were happy being with the federal republic

Very informative, Ironsi looks very uncomfortable and you can tell from a psychological standpoint, the way he looks up in the air searching for answers when asked questions shows he was not ready or scared, what i find scary in the video is the way the journalist described balewa, shockingly similar to GEJ, weak

So whats the point of it all, whats the point of voting when at the end of the day it will be some corrupt leader who old his country away that will be at aso rock?, Nigerians need to unite, we need to forget all our petty disagreements and a revolution needs to happen
