5] Weapons and Robotic Technology;

Revelation reveals that during the Tribulation the Antichrist will order his False Prophet to set up an image of himself in the newly built Jewish Temple and order the world to worship him as if he were God. 1] Increase of Knowledge;
Rubbing his forehead in confusion, he asked the angel for an explanation. To his dismay, no luck! The angel basically told Daniel that he could never understand these prophecies because too much needed to happen first. This would include a great increase in mankind’s knowledge which would mark the time of the end, or end times. Only those living in the end times and who were wise would at last understand these prophecies and recognize that the exponential increase in knowledge heralded the soon return of the Messiah.

2] Increase of Travel;
Notice in that same prophecy the angel told Daniel that, besides a great increase in knowledge, “many shall run to and fro.” This tremendous increase in travel would also occur in the same context, that being the end times.
Since the early part of the twentieth century, mankind went on to invent airplanes and jets, and we’ve even left the Earth’s atmosphere in rockets and space shuttles. It used to take months for people to travel by boat overseas, but now we travel that same distance abroad in mere hours. In today’s world, people are always on the move, just as the angel prophesied to Daniel.

The third sign involves those technologies which will make the Mark of the Beast the terror of the world. The book of Revelation forewarns:

What kinds of technologies would be required to control the world’s commerce?
The closest system we have today to the Mark of the Beast is China’s social credit score, which has already been instituted in their more populated cities. The Chinese government has positioned millions of cameras everywhere in order to spy on their citizens. Computer algorithms then rate the citizen’s allegiance to the government, granting benefits to those who are more loyal and restrictions on those the computer deems as not being patriotic enough.

Meaning of Harpazo:-
According to an Evangelical Biblical Greek New Testament scholar of the mid-twentieth century, Kenneth Wuest. He says there are four different meanings connected to the word, "Harpazo":-

1) To Carry off by force, It can also mean to snatch out quickly. But why will the Lord return to carry the believers or the Church out of the world by force?
- Eph 2:2 - Satan is called the Prince of the Power of the Air, But Jesus will come back and snatch his people by such force that no spiritual power can form a veil to stop it. The sudden force will pierce the veil of demonic darkness and entities that are in the atmosphere.

2) To rescue from danger & destruction, Dan 12:1, Matt 24:21. This is one of the arguments for a Pre-tribulation Rapture, Rev 6:18, Matt 24:22
The Book of Revelations indicates that judgments, plagues, asteroids etc coming upon the Earth.

3) Divine Power transferring a person from one location to another, Examples of People who where translated from one location to another include:
a. Enoch - Gen 5:24.
b. Elijah - 2 Kings 2:1-12
c. Jesus - Acts 1:11
d. Philip - Acts 8: 39 -40

1) The Psalm 83 War
A 3000 year old prophecy written in the book of Psalms appears to be alarmingly close to finding its final fulfillment! The exact timing of this war is not given. There are some who believe Psalm 83 war was completely fulfilled in the Six-Day War of 1967. However, logically, Psalm 83 in co-ordination with Isaiah 17 would seem to pave the way for the Gog/Magog War of Ezekiel 38-39.
It foretells of a future 10-member alliance, comprised of the Arab territories that mostly share common borders with Israel, who will form an alliance and seek to wipe Israel "off of the map". From scriptures we know that Israel will come out victorious.

2) The First War of Gog & Magog — Ezekiel 38 and 39
The security provided by the Psalm 83 war will not last long. The Arab nations will turn to their natural ally, Russia, and cry out for help.
And the Russians will be very happy to respond, for they have always dreamed of taking the oil fields of the Middle East. They will, therefore, launch an invasion for the stated purpose of helping the Arabs destroy Israel, but their unstated agenda will be to use the invitation as an excuse to expand their sovereignty over all the Middle East. This ulterior motive is described in Ezekiel 38:12 where it says the Russians will come “to capture spoil and to seize plunder.
The invading armies will be supernaturally destroyed by God “on the mountains of Israel” (Ezekiel 39:4). The Lord will accomplish this destruction through earthquakes, pestilence, hail storms, fire, brimstone, and battlefield confusion (Ezekiel 38:19-22).

This second-to-last trumpet will sound before a war is started near the Euphrates River. This waterway traverses Syria, Iraq, Turkey and Iran, which comprise the Middle East. Revelation 6 records the outbreak of this world war. It results in the death of one-fourth of humanity, or 1.5 billion in today’s terms (Revelation 6:.

4) The War in the Heavens — Revelation 12
This war is totally different in nature from all the rest. It is a supernatural one that will occur in the heavens in the middle of the Tribulation. It is most likely prompted by an attempt of Satan to once again take the throne of God. Satan and his angels are opposed in this war by Michael and his angels. Michael is an archangel who is pictured in the Hebrew Scriptures as the commander-in-chief of the armies of God (Daniel 10:13, 21 and 12:1). Michael and his angels prevail in this war, and Satan is cast down to earth. His access to God’s throne is cut off (Revelation 12:9-10).

When this happens, Satan realizes that his time is short because he knows Bible prophecy (Revelation 12:12). In his rage, Satan decides to destroy the Jewish people, and this decision leads to the next war.

5) The War Against the Jews and the Saints — Revelation 12
There is going to be another holocaust during the latter half of the Tribulation. When Satan is cast down to earth, he will possess the Antichrist (Revelation 13:2) and inspire him to annihilate all the Jews. So the Antichrist will be very successful in his war against the Jews and the Saints, but he will fail in his ultimate goal of annihilating all the Jews. For we are told repeatedly throughout the Scriptures that a great remnant of the Jews will live to the end of the Tribulation at which time they will receive Yeshua as their Messiah. (See: Isaiah 10:20-23; Zechariah 12:10; Romans 9:27-28; and Romans 11:25-26.)

6) The Battle of Armageddon — Revelation 19
The battle of Armageddon refers to the final war between human governments and God. These governments and their supporters oppose God even now by refusing to submit to his ruler-ship. (Psalm 2:2) The battle of Armageddon will bring human rulership to an end.​—Daniel 2:​44.
Jesus Christ will lead a heavenly army to victory over God’s enemies. (Revelation 19:11-​16, 19-​21) These enemies include those who oppose God’s authority and who treat God with contempt.

7) The Second Battle of Gog & Magog — Revelation 20
The “battle” of Armageddon will be followed by one thousand years of peace as the reign of Jesus from Jerusalem results in the world being filled with righteousness and justice (Isaiah 11:4-5,9). Swords will be beat into plowshares and spears into pruning hooks, and “nation will not lift up sword against nation…” (Isaiah 2:4). The world will be flooded with agricultural abundance (Amos 9:13). There will be no homeless or hungry people.

Satan will be bound (Revelation 20:1-3). Sin and crime will be greatly reduced. But there will be seething rebellion in the hearts of many, if not most, that are born during that time.
This is hard for most people to understand. Why would there be resentment in the hearts of people in the midst of such a perfect reign of Jesus?

The initial population of the Millennium will be all those, both Jew and Gentile, who live to the end of the Tribulation and who have accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior. All others will be consigned to death when the Lord returns. So, the Millennium will begin with only believers. But they will begin to propagate, and since death will be curtailed and life spans will be greatly extended (Isaiah 65:20), the population of the world will grow exponentially.

Those born during this time will still have the old sin nature. They will desire all the things of the flesh. But they will see that any violation of the Law of God results in swift and certain justice. Immediate arrest will be followed by an immediate trial and an immediate judgment. There will be no appeal, for all judges will be Saints in glorified bodies who will make perfect decisions. So, the average person in the flesh will say, “I love you Jesus!” but he or she will do so with clinched teeth.

The Bible states repeatedly that Jesus will rule with “a rod of iron” (Psalm 2:9 and Revelation 2:26-27). And despite the fact that His reign will produce righteousness, fairness, and perfect justice (Isaiah 11:4-5), most of those living in the flesh will deeply resent the fact that they cannot freely pursue their worldly lusts.

It is no wonder that when Satan is released at the end of the Lord’s millennial reign (Revelation 20:7), the majority of those in the flesh will unite in one last rebellion against God that is pictured in Revelation 20:7-9. Led once again by Gog & Magog, this war is often confused with the war of Ezekiel 38 and 39. But the two are very different. The Ezekiel war pictures Russia coming against the nation of Israel with certain specified allies. In Revelation 20 Russia is portrayed as leading all the nations of the world against Jesus Christ.

History is going to end as it began. It started out with two people living in a perfect society, but deciding to rebel against their Creator. It ends with all of humanity living in a perfect society, and the majority making the same decision to rebel against God.
One of the many purposes of the Millennium is for God to prove that Mankind’s inherent sin defect can be remedied only by the Holy Spirit through faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior.
God will prove this beyond doubt when He puts all of Mankind into a perfect society for one thousand years and Mankind responds in rebellion.

In Daniel 7, we see that Daniel has a dream. In his dream, he sees four beasts: a lion with eagle’s wings, a bear, a leopard with four heads and the wings of a fowl, and a fourth beast more ferocious than the rest.

There is much of interest in all these four creatures, but Daniel is especially interested in the 4th most terrible beast. It is of interest to Daniel because of its destructive power, conspicuous horn and its fight against God's people.

1) The Lion with Eagle’s Wings:- The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it. - Daniel 7:4 KJV

Everyone knows that the eagle is the symbol of the United States, and many people will also recognize the lion as the symbol of the United
Kingdom. In Other words, the wings of the eagle (America) were broken off the Lion (the UK) when America became a country on July 4th, 1776.
Daniel 7:4 was a prophecy of the Declaration of Independence – the birth of America.

2) The Bear:- And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh. Daniel 7:5 KJV
If you pay any attention at all to the news, it is very easy to identify the Bear as Russia. You hear the talk regularly about the Russian Bear 2. Russia is well known for its ability to devour much flesh as leaders like Lenin and Stalin killed several million people.

3) The Leopard and the Fowl:- After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it. Daniel 7:6 KJV

Most people probably do not know that the symbol of France is a Rooster, which is a fowl, and the unofficial symbol of Germany is the leopard.
German Leopard tanks have been used predominantly in European armies since their introduction in the 1960s.
We can understand the four heads of this leopard by remembering that Germany’s Third Reich historically attempted to gain world dominion during World War II, and that the Fourth Reich is emerging in our time. France and Germany are also founding members of the European Union.

4) The fourth Beast:- After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns. Daniel 7:7 KJV

In Revelation 13:1-2, the Apostle John depicts Daniel’s four beasts again, now combined into one: a beast that is part leopard, part bear, and part lion, with ten horns.
This beast is a world-dominating kingdom that will include Germany, Russia, and England. Since Daniel sees that the leopard is given dominion, we may also surmise that Germany will be the dominant nation in this world government. The new horn that emerges and dominates three others tells us this government will be controlled by the Antichrist.

It is important to note that the wings of the eagle are missing from this united beast. Instead, we see the wings of the eagle in Revelation 12:14 protecting the woman, which many believe to be Israel.
And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. Rev 12:14 KJV

So what will be the role of the US before the Second Coming? An uncooperative force? A destroyed world power? An Israeli ally? This is still unclear.

As we can see, Daniel’s dream shows us the nations that would be on earth just before the return of Jesus to this earth to setup His kingdom.

1. The Knowledge Explosion:- The first road sign confirming that we are the terminal generation is recorded by Daniel: "But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase" (Dan.12:4, emphasis added).
The literal translation of this scripture indicates that the terminal generation will experience a knowledge explosion. From the Garden of Eden until A.D. 1900 men walked or rode horses just as King David and Julius Caesar. In the span of a few years, mankind invented the automobile, the jet plane, and the space shuttle. It is evidenced by the information superhighway and medical science.

2. Plague in the Middle East:- The prophet Zechariah had a vision and didn't know how to describe what he saw, so he called the gruesome results a plague. This plague was sent to all who came to fight against Jerusalem in the last days. The plague would consume a man's flesh while he was yet standing. His eyes would dissolve in his sockets and his tongue would dissolve in his mouth. (Zech 14:12-15).
This plague was a mystery for generations. And then the atomic bomb was invented. An atomic bomb can produce a temperature of 150 million degrees Fahrenheit in one millionth of a second. This is how a man's tongue and eyes can be consumed before his corpse hits the ground.

3. The Rebirth of Israel:- Every major prophet in the Old testament testified that God would bring the Jewish people out of their Gentile graves (Gentile nations) and bring them back to Israel before the coming of the Lord.
Israel was born in one day as prophesied in Isaiah 66:7-8, on May 14, 1948

4. The Jews will Return Home:- The Jews from the north country (Russia) have returned to Israel by the tens of thousands as have Jewish people from around the globe. We have seen them on television newscasts disembarking from planes in Tel Aviv. The prophet Jeremiah spoke of this in Jer 23:7-8

5. Jerusalem No Longer Under Gentile Rule:- According to Bible prophecy Jerusalem will not be under Gentile rule in the terminal generation. The Jews did not control the Holy City from A.D. 70 when the Romans attacked the city and destroyed the temple until the Six-Day War of 1967. Jesus said Jerusalem will be "trampled by Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled" (Luke 21:24)

6. International Instant Communication:- John describes two witnesses who will be executed and their dead bodies would be seen three-and-a-half days lying in the streets of Jerusalem by peoples, tribes, tongues and nations, (Rev 11:3, 7-10). For generations Bible scholars questioned how these two witnesses could be seen at the same time by all the earth. Then came television and international satellites.

7. Days of Deception:- Jesus warned, "Take heed that no one deceives you. For many will come in My name.......and will deceive many......For false Christs and false prophets will arise and show great signs and wonders, so as to deceive if possible, even the elect" (Matt. 24:4, 5, 24). New age theories and philosophies are deception. Satanism and the occult are deception. The apostate church, which has a form of godliness but denies the power of God, is practicing deception.

8 Famines, Pestilences & Earthquakes:- Matthew 24 states, “And there will be famines, pestilences and earthquakes in various places.” We have HIV, AIDS, Ebola, and killer viruses like swine flu and bird flu to name a few. Famines all over the world and more earthquakes than since the beginning of time. In the Bible, God repeatedly used earthquakes to achieve His divine purposes, including at the resurrection of Christ.
