Is this the same Lagos someone from Chicago built?
No matter how you talk trash about Lagos, it still remains the "Big Apple" of Nigeria.

The politicians should stop entertaining these guys.

They are clout chaser
You should blame the electorates.

The electorates should stop voting for such politicians.

LordBiden:
There has been lots of crashes ever since the incompetent trump took over office.

Especially with his sacking of over hundreds of FAA employees, same way he fumbled with handling covid 19.

Man is just too imcompetent, only thing he is good at is braggings.

He has not ended Ukraine war.
He has not reduced inflation.
Even Obamas record in deporting illegals is still higher than his.

Very incompetent mofo.
Chains of catastrophic events such as this and esp. those you listed in the last paragraph require a deep and sound retrospective views. They can't just be solved in 4months!

Often, it is not the last strike that fells a tree, but series of strikes and years of impact.

A holistic approach to accident/incident investigation would be ideal.

So sad!

The part that saddens me most is when plane comes directly to innocent family having their dinner peacefully in their home.

psucc:
That's the problem we have as a nation, trying all hard to find where to put the blame instead of working on something to improve on their failures. Any arrest without key Directors of JAMB is just a joke.

Just like our banks, staff will break into customer's account only to paste it on fraudsters.

Those arrested persons are placeholders and will be let go with some rewards when the dusts settles
Exactly, no thief can steal transformer without NEPA knowing about it.

They should add more drama.

is the little boy on nairaland?

The Internet is a global village. People don't need to be on Nairaland before they can use it. Also, other pages, links and websites can direct him or anyone to Nairaland. That's why the Internet is called a global village.

is the OP the source of the video or is he the one that videoed the little boy?

The Originator and the Broadcasters are both complicit. It's like someone taking a nude picture of a woman without her consent and another person posting it online. All involved are complicit.
I should leave you to it Sir/ma!

But why was he making noise as if it was so easy?

This is what him and his colleagues use to call Nigerian number one problem, why running away from it to solve lesser ones?

Talk is really cheap.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
See, the electorates are suckers. You tell them what they want to hear as a politician. Everybody already knows politicians are liars. That's their hallmark!

If Tinubu likes let him wear pants, what we expect him to do is to start doing that restructures he has been making noise with when he was not the president.

What is taking his time to restructure Nigeria as he has been shouting up and down all these years?

Nonsense!
Only a president that will do one term will delve into restructuring matter in his first term.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Trump Clashes With South African President At White House Meeting (Video) by CaptainFM1: 7:25am On May 22, 2025
I actually like this Trump approach. African leaders going Cap in hand to beg for aids will think twice esp. those that have skeletons in their cupboard.

I can imagine him showing our President the lEnd SAR massacre, the Benue & Plateau killings, the INEC and supreme court electoral injustices et al.

I think every donor country should adopt this approach.

The OP shouldn't have put this on the Internet. The Internet stores all messages and have a way of replaying them later in life-including the ones innocent victims don't ever wished to be reminded about.

I would rather thumb at the back of the ballot rather than vote for any further elections in the country.

Useless people. They will not address election integrity. It is people that did not vote that is their problem.

I said it before, if care is not taking it is just 10people that will determine the president of Nigeria unless election integrity is addressed.

It's my field. I know what it is. Even if it's a dinghy boat, as long as you have mainsail stack high up, you still have to do your overhead clearance calculations and report your figure to the authority for clearance before passing underneath.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Mexican Navy Ship Crashes Into Brooklyn Bridge In New York (Photos & Videos) by CaptainFM1: 10:18am On May 18, 2025
I wonder what the authorities are given as minimum vertical/air clearance nowadays. It's is usually good and safe practice to keep 2 to 3metres in pocket for charted heights and overhead obstructions whilst still mandating a minimum of 2 to 3metres minimum vertical/air clearance from vehicles and ships. That way a total of 4 to 6metres minimum will be the gap between vehicles, ship's highest structure and the overhead obstructions.

Can't you see you're contradicting yourself? Is it not when they work at the site late into the night or even overnight that it'll become difficult for thieves from using the site as their hideout?
If they close in the evening, the site can be easily controlled by locking the gates when everyone is evacuated. But when you leave them every Tom, Dcikk and Harry will get inside and blend along.

Often times, they don't know each other and neither do the community or neighborhood know them. Anybody you don't know in any environment is a potential security threat.

As a security expert, it's what I've approved for my Estate and incidents of theft and robbery has reduced.

Politics › Re: Bill To Jail Eligible Nigerians Who Fail To Vote Scales Second Reading At Reps by CaptainFM1: 10:10am On May 16, 2025
Useless people. They will not work on electoral integrity, it's people that didn't vote they want to target! Awon ode!

What if someone showed up at polling unit and submit an empty ballot? Infact, I'm waiting for you to pass the bill because personally, I will never ever vote in any election unless electoral integrity is addressed adequately.

Infact, I will claim feeling feverish or any manner of ailment on all election days.

Very soon, it's only 10people that will elect Nigeria's president if they don't address electoral integrity.
