It's a road race. I was in Singapore 15yrs ago when F1 was on. I thought it's a special race course, but to my very eyes, the roads were made shift for F1 Grand prix. The roads are normal road during the day till Noon then they put the boards and barricades to control/separate the routes for F1 race and the public commuters.

He is known worldwide and his brand and CV is what is commanding the huge salary from Saudi.

- Every business wants to make profit. Saudi clubs are no exception. If Vinicius is in a team and Osimhen is in another, were would the crowd gravitate? Which player would give them more global appeal? Which player would sell shirts more?

- Finally, Osimhen has the ability to build his brand up to Vinicius’ level if he has a very solid management team. He has the talents to mix it with the big boys but he needs to be playing in the biggest clubs in the world even if it means reducing his wages significantly in the interim. Moving from a Serie A title winning Napoli to Gala in Turkey is a big downgrade and a shame to the immense skills God has blessed him with. He needs to be on the world stage week in week out building his CV and eventually cashing out big time in Saudi in the twilight of his career!

Do you people even know that fees are collected for street names? I'm suspecting that the former street names bearer were owing or defaulting in payment.

In my street now, they have issued notice to Landlords that wishes to adopt the street to be named after them.

In my view things like street naming should be free and should be after first person that first built house there.

Yes, LCG collects street naming levy. It's annoying that government collects money for every little things now.

Some landlords are in the occult. You pack in driving a venza and leave the house carrying a ghana must go bag on your head.

Did the Landlord thief the venza? People must understand that KYC is for both parties. If a Landlord has requirements for the kind of tenants he wants, tenants too must have their own requirements for the kind of Landlord they want.

It is when both of you agree that payment should be made and keys handed over.

People should stop talking as if Landlord is forcing them to rent a house.

If you don't like the requirement of a landlord, then you move to another one until you see the one that suit you.

In the past when Landlords are renting out their houses, they don't care about your privacy as far as you will pay their money at when due but these days Landlords are so annoying and they start asking what you do for a living etc... Well, I can excuse that due to the fact that they don't want to give out their house to a criminal. But they go as far as give agents the following conditions to rent out their house;

1. I only need a male tenant, single and working class

2. I only need a female tenant, single & working class

3. I only need a newly married couple without kids

4. I only need a single male or female but the type that go out in the morning and come back in the evening.

5. I only need a married couple with children

6. I only need a corper. Haba, for goodness sake.

7. Some Landlords will tell you they don't care who wants to rent the house but he would lock his gate latest by 9. I've encountered that before and it wasn't funny throughout my stay in the house for 2 years.

8. Some Landlords will tell you they don't like you bringing in friends anyhow whether male or female.

9. Other landlords will say they don't want womanizers that would bring black girl in the morning, fair girl in the afternoon, fat girl in the evening. Etc.

10. Lastly, some Landlord would say they need 2years rent at once. They don't collect one year rent.

11. There was a house I stayed, the landlady told me that she collects one year light bill together with your yearly rent because she doesn't want to knock your door every month asking for your light bill. It was estimated billing then and she pays same amount every month because she has no dept of even one naira on her bill. Though it helped me somehow Sha.
