scan with antivirus many times, did factory reset, it will delete but if I on my connection it will come back, I was frustrated someone told me to flash the phone but I didn't give in, so I download one antivirus forgot the name, it has blue symbol, I scan for malware and delete it once.

download malwarebytes on Google play... It deletes all malwares.. It's the most powerful anti virus have used so far.. I was also affected by that malware and it stopped it

I learnt to drive on my own.. By Googling it.. Now am an expert.. And can drive to any where in Nigeria.. It's the mind Bro... And this happened just last month.. Learnt it a day.. And entered the highway the next day.. Thou driving carefully.. Asked a lot of questions about road laws and applying all known rules of driving.. Now.. Am good to go.. Had no Instructor..
