Remove the roach and continue eating your shawarma. U must be lucky to have seen it cos you may have eaten it without knowing and would probably have enjoyed the roach flavour. Cockroach inside your shawarma would have been covered in mayonaise. This one looks too clean to have come out of that wrap.

In all honesty, it looks like you are setting them up or one of your kitchen pet cockroach found its way into the shawarma and died there. Too bad.
