Not in all cases. I know a man that pampers his wife, provides every of her financial needs, does house chores and cooks sometimes yet the woman would always abuse the husband verbally and emotionally because she knows the husband is the calm type and would never think of beating her up.
Sometimes, the wife would just park her bag and travel to God knows where and leave her little kids without informing the husband. She then comes back after some days yet the husband kept accepting her back hoping that she would change some day.

I still don't understand why most Nigerian men would always think that it's not a big deal for them to cheat on their wives but when their wives cheat on them, it becomes a sacrilege.
