Family / Re: Should he Take this Girlfriend Back After She Apologized? by Carinaflo(f): 8:33am On Aug 06, 2020
Do not take her back. A girlfriend that has the mind to maltreat the boyfriends teenage neice would definitely stop her mother-in-law from visiting her house when she becomes a wife.

Female teenagers love to make friends with female adults, it makes them feel like "big girls" grin, I am so sure your little niece really wanted to be friends with your girlfriend but the wickedness in your girlfriend would not allow her treat the little girl nicely.

If your girlfriend can not be friends with your little niece, I am scared of what she would do to your mom when she becomes your wife.

It is not that simply, for Your bank to block your account, it means that the guy stole both the atm card and the phone. That's the only reasonable explanation.
Family / Re: She Is Single And Living On Rented Apartment, Away From Family ! Is It Good? by Carinaflo(f): 3:04pm On Mar 08, 2020
MadeINchenzen2:
There s no such thing as adulthood for girls. Ideally a lady ought to be with her family until she s married. There are dangers of living alone away from family. A sane society should frown at that. It is rare to find a sensible lady living alone, single.

my thoughts!
Firstly, Kindly outline the dangers of living alone as a single lady.

Secondly, if a female undergraduate can live all alone in a school hostel or a hostel off campus what stops her from living alone after school?

Thirdly, in a case where a spinster graduates from school and gets a job outside her parents' state or city of residence, should she turn down the job offer and keep looking for a job in same location where the parents live?.

Kindly answer my questions

Modified:
I actually rushed to comment on your post thinking you are a mature adult but after going through all your replies to virtually every comment that disagrees with your believe, I came to this conclusion:

It is either you are a teenager still living under the parents' roof and fully dependant on the parents for financial assistance OR you are a dumb, immature adult ( the type I like to refer to as a fool at forty) who has spent all his life in one thick village.
Even if you can not afford to travel out of your village, you should try reading educative and intellectual books. It will improve your level of IQ, build your mannerism and change how you view the world.

Ineedtoheal:

I wish he will let me be and not try sweet talking me into opening my heart to him again.
Please block his numbers, block him from all the social media. Run for your life, the guy has no good intentions for you.
Even if he ends up marrying you ( which is 99% impossible), he would never respect you or treat you as a wife and also be ready to go round the town fighting side chicks.
If he could cheat on you without even trying to hide it from you, treat you with disrespect, deny you even in your presence, gift other ladies without gifting you now that you are still dating, just imagine what would happen if you end up with him.
Besides, why would you take such insult, humiliation and disgrace from a man, imagine your statement, " you paid for his father's burial clothes, only for you to get there and see two of his other girlfriends wearing the same clothe" yet you stayed back with the guy.
I believe why you are so attached to the guy is because of the big age Gap between you guys, you see him as a father figure, that's why it is difficult for you to leave him.
Please get very close to your dad, spend quality time with your dad, each time you feel the urge to call your so call friend on phone, please call your dad and gist with him. Getting close to your dad would help you forget about this guy's sorry ass.

Idimuguy:
I'LL BE ADVISING YOU, UNDER THE ASSUMPTION THAT YOU'RE INNOCENT.

First, just let it go.

More importantly, don't beg your former boss again.

Just send her something along these lines:

"I have since forgiven ..... and have decided to move on.

Come some day, time will unveil the truth and my innocence.

Thank you for the opportunity to work for you those past years and for all your impact.

I am far grateful. God bless you, ma."

After you send her don't call.

If she doesn't call or respond, don't bother.

If she responds too, read her reply and know what to do.

Pray hard over this issue. Ask God to vindicate you. Be specific in naming the time when you want him to act.

You'll be surprised in 30 days time, or more or less your madam will call you and apologize that they've found the truth.

If this happens, ordinarily you should be suing for defamation. However, just let it go too when that time comes.

But first, start with the text message.

Also, if she calls you back to resume duty, I'll advise you turn it down POLITELY.

Right now, your dignity as a man is all that matters.

You'll get a better job.

Keep hope alive.

God wants to elevate you.

If you need further assistance, DM me.

From the story he told, he may not be guilty of rape but he is surely guilty of sexual harrasment.
Guys do not have the right to go about placing their hands on random ladies.
The society needs to educate young guys, we should let them know that touching someone you don't know is a form of harrasment.

This your behavior is one behavior that I still find difficult to understand, and a lot of guys are guilty of this.
Guys should know that not every girl you see is interested in making small talks with you and you have ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHT to touch/place your hands on someone you barely know.

The girl was on her own, someone you have never had any interraction with, you started forcing her to come rest and eat with you, even when she made it obvious that she was not interested in whatever you were saying you decided to pressure her more and you had the audacity to place your hand on her shoulder .
What exactly were you trying to achieve
why would you put your hand on her shoulder
You over stepped your boundaries. Someone like me would have given you a dirty slap before reporting you.

I understand your boss's action, she is a woman and a lawyer, she judged the situation from a woman's point of view and believe me as a woman, when a guy touches you without your consent it is an abuse. what you did was very wrong.

So quit pleading with her, just go and search for another job.

Lol, blame your fellow ladies forming feminist and causing guys to wake up from their past slumber grin

Soon, Nigeria will start compulsory recruitment of ladies into Nigerian Army combatant batallion, SARS Police, Mopol, Custom Border Patrol officers, NDLEA anti drug combat regimen, so that Nigerian women can be equally carried along.

Feminists can't be dragging Senate, Reps, Governorship, company MD/Managers positions only, they also need to be involved in high risk jobs cool
This has nothing to do with being feminist or not.
The girl is just portraying an "entitlement mentality". Why would you expect to get preferential treatment from random guys you met on the street? They are neither your friends nor relatives, so why would you think that they owe you any favour?.
I just don't understand it.

You people just killed a future leader of this nation, that child could have been the Savior of this nation, now no more hope for this nation,we have all been waiting for him,is not even out of wedlock, but you still go ahead to kill him as if is your right, you're coming to tell us,it's you n your husband, you can as well kill the first one and know that you are done, you better run to hospital for your life
Did you even bother to ask them their reason for doing so?. Could it be that they are not financially capable of taking care of two children at the moment, Could it be for health reasons, could it be for the safety of the mum?.
We always like to pretend that we are too religious. That was how a lady and her mum ignored their doctor's advice about flushing her pregnancy based on their religious believe, not even minding that the husband was insupport of the doctor.
After a rigorous nine months of constantly being admitted in the hospital, she gave birth to a deformed and stunted baby. After two years of running from one hospital to another looking for how to cure the baby, the husband started complaining about how the baby's health is sapping his finances, She left the innocent baby with the husband and ran away.
The husband took the baby to an ophanage and dumped him there.
Today she is married to another man and the husband married another woman. They are happy with their lives.
But what of the innocent baby?, Does he deserve to be rejected by his parents and dumped in an ophanage where he would suffer for the rest of his life?. Does he deserve to be deformed, stunted and dependent all his life?

I am not supporting the side chick though but why didn't she flog and naked her brother in-law that had no respect and regard for his wife? Any man who brings his side chick into his matrimonial home has no respect and regard for his wife.
Besides, what made her think she has the right to flog an adult and upload a naked video of an adult on the internet for the whole world to see?.

Family / Re: The moment you become a Mrs. by Carinaflo(f): 3:37am On Nov 03, 2018
Toks2008:

Tayo I agree but you must understand that the way the world sees a male divorcee is not the same with the female.

In 8 out of 10 cases,a male divorcee with children could still marry a never married lady with no child while a female divorcee with children will most likely end up with a widower, a married man or a male divorcee with children while never married guys mostly do hit and run.

Only young female divorcees without children are likely to be luckier.
Please do not say "The world", rather say Africans especially Nigerians. It is because of the so much importance Nigerians attach to marriage that makes most Nigerian ladies behave as if their sole purpose of being on Earth is to get married.
You see a very young girl, in stead of her to be thinking of how to build a career and be productive like her male counterparts, all she thinks about is how to package herself to look like a wife material so she can get married. She ends up seeing marriage as a do or die affair, when she eventually gets married, she feels she has arrived, she stops relating with her single female friends, she starts seeing the other single ladies as irresponsible ladies not minding that some of the single ladies are very hard working and can pay their own bills without looking for the help of any guy.
Then few years into the marriage, the husband starts seeing the married lady as a"liability" because she has nothing to offer, all she knows how to do is to spend money and incur expenses, the husband out of frustration starts maltreating the wife, he starts beating her up, cheating on her and then the wife could not do anything because the only skills she had equipped herself with all her life are the skills that would help her get married. She can't even fend for herself and again how can she face her family and friends after she has been making mockery of single ladies?, So she is forced to stay back and endure, if she is lucky, she ends up so miserable and unhappy if she is unlucky, she ends up dead in the hands of the husband. Few years later, the husband marries a prettier, younger lady who had also been preparing herself to be a "married woman" and the cycle continues....

NB: The earlier our society stop making ladies believe that their sole purpose on Earth is marriage, the saner our society would be. Let us teach our girl child how to be a good person, how to be a productive adult, how to be a responsible adult, how to be a hard working adult, how to Carter for her needs as an adult.
Let us stop making our girl child believe that her greatest achievement in life would be to bear "Mrs" as a tittle.

It's shameful that these unscrupulous elements are role models to many Christian women. When that Kano actress was expelled from Kannywood, we Christians shouted at the top of our voice forgetting that Islam frowns at indecency unlike our religion of hypocrisy that allows women wear mini skirts and mono straps to churches to seduce pastors and male members. When Muslim women advocate for hijab and decent dressings, Christian celebrities preach celibacy and get pregnant out of wedlock or flaunt immorality shamelessly by twerking on social media or practicing feminism as against God's commandments. Yet we wonder why muslims are free of controversies. I'm really ashamed of been a Christian sad
Why not try being a Muslim. I don't think anyone forced you into Christianity.

Thank you all once again for the supports.
Does it mean one can actually upgrade IELTS score when already in the pool. I scored 8,8.5,6.5,7.5 in LRWS. I'm thinking of writing another IELTS. Should I enter the pool and update my IELTS score when I get a higher score or should I wait to get the scores first before entering the pool?

As a mother, how will you feel when you see your child passing through pains all because you were so much in love that you couldn't think right?
