If he knew that his daughter would contract this virus by relaxing the lockdown, he would not do it. He believes the disease is for others |
There is no extreme poverty in the east. We are not talking about roads or bridges . we are not talking about kerosene or patrol. We are talking about extreme poverty which Nigeria has become the capital , thanks to buhari. There is no extreme poverty in the east. Kill yourself there |
tartar9:The country can survive without oil. The country can survive without Boko haram that comes from the north. The country cant survive without businesses the easteners run all over the country. Lets close alaba, close ladipo, close trade fair, close idumota , close odun ade , close computer village and see if Nigeria can survive |
No extreme poverty in the east |
The hatred is real. Whether you like it or not, there is no extreme poverty in the east. |
yarimo:As far as i am concerned, there is more ritual killings in the west, 200 times than in the east. As far as i am concerned, there is more kidnapping in the north than in the east. As far as i am concerned, there is more armed robbery in kwara than entire east. There is no extreme poverty in the east like it is in the west and in the north. Kill yourself there |
Any good news from the east irritate some people. |
Wickedtruths:In the east we butcher their cows. We did it in my village. Lol |
Nigeria is fast becoming the extreme poverty capital of the world. IDPS camps have sprout out almost every corner in Nigeria, especially northern Nigeria but the eastern part. I just traveled to the east and I was surprised no extreme poverty there. Yes, some people might be poor but not the type of poverty you see in the north or other places. There is plenty borehole water in most villages so clean drinking water is available to all. And, those borehole were owned by individuals who made it public for those who do not have. And also, most families have people in abroad, lagos or abuja who send money home. Population is average unlike what we see in other regions. Most youths are into one job or the other or one business or the other. Real estate business is on the increase and they do not build shanties in the east. Nobody buys land in the east to build shanties on it. Every family seems to be rich. Unlike what we see other places, where an entire village or family will be extremely poor. People in the east don't joke with education as also they don't joke with money. In every family down there, one person, especially female, must be a graduate. Now you will begin to know why there are many police check points on the roads to the east. That's where the money is.

Finally the chicken has come to lagos to roast. Yes, what chicken, you may ask; Yes, the chicken is the neglected northern youths. They are uneducated even to kindergarten level. They, surely have no skills nor trade. Its unimaginable that a nation, in this century can produce such a mass of uneducated youths. The numbers are staggering. In my area, they are like colonies of bees, any where you go, lawless and fearless. They all do okada business and nothing else. They do not live in houses. They sleep in open compounds and when it rains, they look for cover in stair cases. I have some in my compound. Some mosques used to accommodate them but i don't see them their anymore. Some sleep on top of their bikes until day break. They defecate in the open gutters. They are Nigerians. They have rights to do businesses in any parts of the country they wish to. But their fundamental right, which is education, was somehow denied from them. The economy in the north is down to subzero thanks to the cabals and their selfish policies. Lagos is one of the few states you can breathe financially so these army of unemployed and unskilled youths descended on it. The Lagos state government seems handicapped on this. But something can be done. There used to be something called adult and night education. I don't know if it is still active. Yes, they can be forced to enroll. They can be forced to rent accommodations. What the northern leaders failed to do, Lagos state government can do for them for the betterment of Lagosians. There has to be a way to integrate them into the society. Reintroduce education to them and make it compulsory. Thats my take. |

Last week, a customer of mine, who was applying his business in Aba, called me and told me that he was in Lagos. When he found his way to my office, he started telling me his plan to relocate to Lagos. As a matter of fact, he has already found a shop near computer village. Next, he started telling me horrible stories about Aba. When i visited my Port Harcourt office some years back, about 6 years back to be precise, the story I heard about Abacha was not the different from what my friend told me. According to them, the journey from PH to Aba is l smooth until you get to the border line between River state and Abia state. They said, you would think that's were satan lives. According to some people; things were cheaper in Aba. But the Roads to Aba is like the biblical roads to heaven, so hard and narrow. My customer told me how the roads to Aba and inside Aba have frustrated business men like him out of Aba. Some of us grew up to hear of " Aba made ". A kind of substandard products made in Aba. That was before the emergence of "Made in China" Also a kind of substandard products from china. The once strong city, Enyimba city has not received enough support from both the state and the federal government. Aba used to be a trade zone for manners of items; leather shoes, rubber shoes, nylon products, plastic products, already made clothes, name it, Aba was the center of it all. Aba attracted people from neighboring countries and different parts of the country. Aba went from hot to cold. From once a pride giant to now a sleeping giant. Aba needs a bailout from the federal government. Nigeria can not survive only from agricultural produce. It is not enough to tell people to go back to farm, the government has to tell people also to go back to their shops. We have to make our shoes, our cloths, our toothpicks etc. Currently President Trump is bailing banks in America. The roads in and around Aba should be fixed. The roads leading to Aba should be fixed. There should be steady power supply to Aba. And security should be given priority in Aba. Aba is a major industrial city.

Daviddson:Read what you are saying |
Years back, they distressed our ears with 'mega city". After a lot of them traveled out and saw what mega cities looked like, the acronym was abandoned. Lagos is s big mess. Cursed by myopic and selfish leaders. You can't access anywhere in lagos without hitch. I mean, no single place. From Lekki to the Airport should be an hour or less drive but you would be lucky to escape it in 4 hours. From Iyana ipaja to Oshodi is as chaotic as hell can be. From Ojota to Oshodi, a journey of less than 20 minutes can take you between 1: 30 mins to 2 Hours. From Apapa to any place in Lagos is the worst experience you wouldn't like to go through. Those living at Okoko, Badadgry ,Eba, Alaba are now under a perpetual calamity. Their level of suffering depends on their destination. Those living around ejigbo, igondo etc, your case is forgotten. The citizens didn't help matters. Lagosians are known to hype and glorify their myopic governors even when it was obvious the governors are working against the citizens. Some of the roads that were accessible under fashola administration have been blocked and abandoned by contractors that worked for Ambode administration. Going by the look of things, the present administration, who spent her 100 days in office denying her campaign promises, has nothing to offer to Lagosians. So the worst days are coming . |
Good company. Good adverts |
So it is not painful enough that 3 of our finest officers were killed |
Apology for what? This is the best thing that Nigerians in diasporas have done over the year. Why apologising? |
The supreme court then was under the pay roll of jgaban |
But everything she said was true. Nigeria govt killed her children |
Have you brought in car from U.S or any part of the world and your vehicle key was not stolen? You just among the 5% lucky ones. More than 90% of vehicles imported through Nigerian ports have their keys stolen at the port. This has brought extra cost to car dealers who often have no choice than to scramble to get a key programmed to the vehicles. So car buyers or dealers often chose to get the vehicle towed out from the port. The cost of towing a vehicle out from the port rangers from N20,000 to N50,000 depending on the part of lagos the vehicle is to be moved to. The cost of getting a new key is very expensive and most times, unbudgeted by car importers and car dealers. Some vehicles like 2018 Mercedes benz E class is more than N500,000. The key itself, if stolen, worths less than N5,000 in the market. So someone created a problem of N500,000 because of a mere N5,000. The same goes to other brand of vehicles like VW, Lexus, Toyota etc. Government should come to the rescue of car importers and strengthen security at the port. The people stealing car keys at the port are not invisible. They should be arrested, and sent to court. That's the only way it can be stopped or reduced.

kolaaderin:Has their been any house or property linked to madueke apart from the propaganda? You are shameless that a group of uneducated idiots are controlling your minds |

Southern slaves should learn from what is happening to this woman. |
Nyamuri:How can he transform Nigeria yo Dubai with people like bubu anf el rufai supporting and sponsoring boko haram in the north, Tinubu stealing lagos drying in the south. Fashola drilling bore hole with N190m. Tell me, how he could have transform Nigeria to Dubai with idiots like you around? |
Nyamuri:So which one is a crime? To forge certificate or not to forge? |
There was no idps camps before buhari came in as president. |
Some things can only be imagined. So our president forged his school certificates which he presented to INEC and to the court?
|
Somebody will go to prison for this |
Recently, Chief Timi frank stated that then opposition party fabricated lies against the federal government. You would recall when General Buhari granted interview in which he claimed that fuel subsidy was a fraud and doesn't exist. General Buhari is now the president and under 4 years has spent more money in subsidy that he claimed doesn't exist under Jonathan. Though Mr. Jonathan has not publicly demanded for apology but it is expected for him to apologize to Mr. Jonathan. .
