The high court erred in its judgement because its position contravened the succession arrangemet spelt out in the apc constitution.
Oshiomhole's lawyer should explore the lacuna and ambush them at the SC like orji uzo kalu's lawyer did to void his sentence.

It's purely an internal party affair, so the constitution of the party should be adhered to.

I see Oshio reversing this judgement at the SC if his lawyers are good.

Victor Giadom should be suspended for causing leadership crisis in the party.

The appeal court erred in its judgement on oshiomhole. The moment the members from his ward became 'former members', they can't be parties to the suit. Uche nwosu's case comes to mind. Again, did the appeal court ask the plaintifs to prove the reason they gave for suspending oshiomhole beyond reasonable doubt? Was there a proven case of antiparty?

In all, oshio has won by preventing obaseki. Even if he's permanently removed, he'll still the de facto leader of apc in the state and can still have his suspension quashed. Osho will lead the apc campaign in Edo state. Osho can be appointed as a minister. I'm sure obaseki is undergoing his political burial right now.
Obaseki is the loser here; first, the judgement came at the wrong time and secondly he's out of apc and will have to face them at the poll...we all know the likely outcome of that election.

As long as ajimobi is the man on the saddle, oshiomhole and iyamu are both in a safe hands. Oshio and tinubu schemed to bring ajimobi on board.
If it was Giadom that took over, then, that would have spelt doom for the oshio. And Giadom has shown ajimobi he doesn't support his emergence already, so he'd rather work for oshio than supporting those giadom is working for in edo.
