As the senior special assistant to Mr. president rightly stated a Buhari/Amaechi ticket na real fatal error. For one:

Ndigbo will not vote Buhari because of his anti-igbo precedents and his pro-islamic tendencies. Ndigbo will not also vote Amaechi because of his Ikwerre tribe (refer to the abandon properties saga). Of course the ijaws and the extention the south south region will not vote Buhari at all. The south west votes will be split with Jonathan having an edge. The north will be shared 50/50 or so.

Buhari/Amaech ticket will be landslide for GEJ

Jonathan will be booted out in 2015 but.he will give a good showing in Lagos, Ogun, Oyo and Ekiti. Maybe poll up to 25% in some of those states.

since he has 2 strongholds already(ss and SE) getting 25% in those states can b disastrous. And dont forget that he might pull a good show in d middlebelt. IMO, SW is d battleground this time around, and gej's chances must b greatly reduced to barest minimum in order to make him lose convincinly.
