9ice came to perform at a club close to my house in Manchester couple of months ago, we partied and chilled together till early morning. Very relaxed and down to earth guy.
I also met Pogba at Tatton Park Gardens last summer, he was pushing his new born in a buggy with his friend (more like a bodyguard), girlfriend and Matic. He entertained a chat with me, he just wouldn't take no pictures and his privacy was respected.

Met a few footballers actually.

End time is real & it started 2000 years ago & d worst is not even started.

Whether u like it or not, all prophecies must come to pass. Only pray & hope d Lord should make u not to be among those dat will sorrow when they strike - earthquakes, wild storm, famine, wars, evil men, etc.

Currently in Nigeria, earthquakes is still like a rumour to us but a time will come & we shall see & witness it as it is in some countries.

better u repent & die & see there is no heaven.
Greatest book of? You see, this is one of our problems in Africa. Thinking everything that happens on earth has been prophesied by someone and written in a book. Of course you are entitled to your religious sentiments but leave it out of issues like this.

This Is what we humans brought upon ourselves, Amazon forest that's serves as our co2 storage went ablaze this year thereby releasing tons of co2 to the atmosphere.
The world freezer "antartica" is shrinking and giving out tons of water everyday.
So I won't be surprise if Miami or Lagos partially shrink cos this climatic crises is not a laughable issues ooo.
Ur fool president in the UN said he will order Nigerian youth to plant millions of trees across the country.
While other world leaders are proposing strategic solutions and action plans like creating incentives for electric cars and other energy efficiency means for both personal and industrial use. Old soldier will order Nigerian youths to plant trees, that's all grin At least he said something, Trump presiding over one of the biggest polluter in the world pulled out of Paris Agreement and not doing anything.

Is it possible for the Nigerian government to do an extensive pipeline that would connect water from the south all the way to the lake chad?
There will be nothing left of Lake Chad in few years to come. Climate change taking its toll, rising population and poor irrigation system. Lake Chad is shrinking!
TravelRe: Lagos At Risk Of Being Partially Submerged - Goldman Sachs Report by CaseSensitive(m):
Unless our people are enlightened and educated about the rising impact of climate change
Unless we stop cutting down trees at the current rates
Unless big corporations adopts the use of bio degradable materials and reverse logistics
Unless we tone down on our CO2 and GHG emissions from both industrial and personal use and adopt renewable energy
Unless we adopt and enforce an ethical waste disposal, especially in Nigeria and other third world countries.

Climate change is a collective issue and it is not natural, we as humans brought this on ourself and it requires a collective solutions if it’s not too late already. An article I read not long ago argued that we need 4 more planet earth to withstand the damage we have caused to the only known habitable planet we live in. We are burning our planet and the signs are everywhere; weather patterns are changing, temperature is rising globally, sea level is rising.

Unless we take actions while we can, we are all doomed and coming generations will suffer the most.

Funny how we blame our leaders and don't look inward ourselves.

Nigerian people fight at BRT stops and blame Buhari

We destroy government properties and blame the government

We go out of the Country and act hostile to the host communities, and it's still our government

Several Countries are already weary of Nigerians, yet all we scream is the government.

I sincerely hope the school you are attending in Canada is government owned because it most likely is not.

There is a fundermental flaw in the mindset of a black man, especially the Nigerian black man. And the earlier we accept it and work on it the better.

Cheers and congrats on ur admission and migration.

Aggressive individuals can act aggressively while using cannabis, however as you stated he’s a calm person, If your brother gets overly paranoid due to excessive smoking or taking more than he can handle, yes he can become aggressive. Though different people reacts to weed differently and depending on the strain you smoke but mainly, If you smoke weed in moderation, you would just want want to eat everything in your kitchen or want to sleep. Then if he’s been smoking for a long time and wants to withdraw, aggressive behaviour can be one of the withdrawal symptoms. So the reasons for your brother’s erratic behaviour would be one of those or he’s been taking something else apart from weed.

That's what people doesn't know. The more expensive car you own I UK, the more tax you pay. That's why they are going for less car
Not true. Electric cars are exempted from tax here, then your tax band depends on the amount of carbon your car emits. If you drive a cheap car that emits for example 75g/km co2, you will pay more tax than someone who drives a more expensive car that emits less carbon.

They only drive electric/hybrid cars to training. Manchester City especially has a reputation for incorporating sustainable business practice and its only normal for employees, players to act accordingly in order not to contribute to carbon emissions from other petrol/diesel engine cars in the stadium's vicinity.

@op at some point you have to tell yourself the truth. If a Nigerian child dreams of being a rocket scientist, is it possible for him to actualize that dream in Nigeria? Or if he dreams of being a researcher in plasma physics or in nano materials and maybe condensed matter physics, is it possible to actualize those dreams in Nigeria? You see the problem comes with our idea of what it means to "make it in life". Apologies, but not everybody wants to build a house in the village, build one in Lekki, take a chieftaincy title, drive a Range Rover sport and maybe employ a few people and all those other things most people see as making it in life. Different people have different goals in life and Nigeria cannot help you achieve those goals and would kill your dreams on a good day.

Where I am now, the university is like a tourist site. Parents bring their children and schools bring their pupils to the school and say to them, if you study hard, you will be here someday. I've met students here who are the 3rd generation from their family. It's a thing of pride and a family dream to study in Tsinghua University for the average Chinese. Here, you will see the reward for hardwork. If you work hard, you will be successful. Can you say the same for Nigeria? Can you truthfully tell yourself that hardwork pays in Nigeria? It's things like these that make people to leave. Most of us want to bring up our kids to value hardwork and see that it pays, not just in words but in example. Most people are looking for a sane society to train their children.

Nigeria as a country has killed many childhood dreams. A country that forces you to study microbiology instead of medicine after wasting 4 years of your life and then still asks you to go and farm or teach when you graduate and give you paltry sums under one useless youth empowerment scheme. Many young people are frustrated in Nigeria and it's because they do not see a future for themselves here.

As a country, we're still on the banal level of survival. Everyone just wants to survive. Most don't even have enough for today and you're asking them to dream. Little wonder most young people now believe that the only way out is through ritual killing and internet scam.

Like I said, at some point you will tell yourself the truth and come out of this self deceit.
That's my point in a more elaborate way. Thank you!

One of my course mates is the daughter of a prominent politician in the South Western Nigeria, maybe on your behalf I will ask her why her dad and his cohorts failed to develop Nigeria but send their kids abroad for education, better living standard and security.
Before you question my patriotism, tell me the last time you made your voice heard in your local government about epileptic power supply, bad roads, jobs and inadequate infrastructures. You can crawl back into your hole till then but I apologise if I miss your point, your argument just doesn't seem to add up

Delivar:
I am not resenting the white man. You didn't read my my post properly to grasp the meaning.

I am glad you asked how you are responsible for the rot in your motherland. So let me explain it to you.

There are millions of you who have exited your country or still planning to take an exit. The belief that the country is not working has made millions of you focus your energy on leaving the country rather than focusing your energy to make your country work. You all want a shortcut to comfort and it is this desire to leave the country that has made you lazy to fight and make your country better. Now let me ask you this, what if everyone running away from the country are staying back to fight to make the country progress do you think things would be as bad as it is today?

So you think the citizens have no ability to change the country? Is that your silly excuse? Let me ask you a question, what if American or European politicians become incompetent like Nigerian politicians and their citizens start experiencing the problems Nigerians face like lack of power supply, roads, health care etc do you think their citizens will relax and say what resources do they have to change things? I bet there would be an eruption and things will change by force. This is exactly what Nigerians are not doing. The fact that Nigerians are relaxing over the problems we have and the fact that you have ran away to a white man's land rather than fighting clearly shows you are also responsible for the rot in your motherland.

I have a genuine question, for those shouting about moving abroad. Which abroad are you moving to? With the Uk, Brexit has shown that they don't want any more foreigners. For the US, since the DV lottery has been taken away from Nigeria , it has been difficult for Nigerians to immigrate here. Canada has good skilled workers program but that requires some money and that seems to be only the country that is immigrant friendly. I know there is other countries in this world, but those are the popular ones that Nigerians like to go to.
Regarding Brexit, foreigners in context here means EU migrants like Romanians for example, who can wake up one morning and decide to move to the UK without border restrictions, just for being a member of the European Union. Just like you can decide to go to Ghana whenever you want for being a member state of ECOWAS
TravelRe: Why Do Nigerians Think That They Can Only Make It Abroad? by CaseSensitive(m):
The earlier you wake up from your ignorance the better for you young man. How long do you want to hold your ill and rotten resentment against the "white man" for? The world has moved on but seems you're stuck in your tiny and narrow mind. If you don't mind, can I ask how I'm responsible for the rot in my motherland? When your number one citizen can openly say to the world that the youths in his country are lazy. When the same people I grew up to know as the leaders of the country are still clinging on to power like their life depends on it, yet there's absolutely no change for better. What resources are the youths armed with to "change things"? twitter rants? Keep wallowing in your misery and if you don't know, Nigerians abroad are hustling and thriving. In one way or the other and no matter how little, we're all contributing to Nigeria's economy, well, f you consider that as our own effort to "change things".

Delivar:
It's shameful and disgusting for an African to boast of a better life in a white man's land. Why can't you guys fix your country and quit running to the white man's land? The same white man you accuse of being devils, racists and enslaving Africa. You are also responsible for the rot in your country cos you are among those making no effort to change things. Instead you all want a shortcut to a comfortable life. The white man fixed his country so why not fix yours? You talk like this because the white man allowed you into his country. What if he never allowed you in? I repeat it's disgraceful and shameful for an African to boast of a better life in a white man's land.

Different strokes for different folks. I was in my early twenties when my life got filled with a lot of uncertainties as to where I'm gearing towards in life. I didn't think I was going to make it abroad, I just didn't see any prospect in sight back home in Nigeria. Dropped out of Uni because I was studying a course I had no ounce of interest in, which I had to or stay at home under my parents roof. Opportunity arrived to move to the UK and I didn't give it a second thought.

I came with dreams and hopes which is paying off. Now in my final year in University and course of choice while working part time for a mobile phone retailer company with a good chance of moving up the ladder.
I have friends who are happy with their security jobs and also have friends who have masters degree working in notable firms, from multinational engineering companies to the NHS. I'm not here to tell a success story but considering I am literally a "nobody" back home where favouritism and nepotism has eaten deep into the system. I have no chance of attaining this achievements if I'm still in Nigeria.
Bottom line is, the system works here and everyone is given a fair chance. The system simply doesn't work in Nigeria. (If we have one in the first place)

Hi guys, I wonder if someone can help. I sent an iPhone 6s to a relative in Nigeria and before I sent the phone, I made sure the device is unlocked but upon getting to her, she inserted an MTN sim and got the below message.

"The sim card that you currently have installed in this iPhone is from a service provider that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. This is not a hardware issue with the iPhone. Please insert another sim card from a supported service provider or request that this iPhone be unlocked by your service provider. Please contact apple for more information."

As mentioned, the device is unlocked as I tried two sim cards from different providers before the phone left the UK. I will appreciate if someone can suggest or recommend a solution to the issue. Thanks!
TravelRe: The Cost Of Fueling A Plane From Lagos To London by CaseSensitive(m): 2:09am On Sep 14, 2018
Donald3d:
I have been very inquisitive about air travel lately. This took me on a journey to actually find out how much it costs to fuel planes.
In this article, we would be using a Boeing 747 as reference and data (cost of aviation fuel) provided by IATA (International Air Transport Association). We would be calculating how much fuel would be consumed on a flight from Lagos (MMA) to London (Heathrow).
First, let’s get some parameters right

Distance between the two airports :
Approx. 5,006 Km

Time taken for the journey :
6 hours 35 mins , which is equal to 395 mins

Cost of aviation fuel :

According to IATA, it costs 211.23 cts/gal
cts/gal is a term used in aviation,it means cents per gallon.
Lets convert this figure to ₦/litre
Lets use 360 per $
One dollar is 100 cents
211.23 cents = 2.11 dollars
To Naira = ₦759.6
This figure is per gallon
1 Gallon is approx. 3.79 litres
That means its costs ₦759.6 per 3.79 litres
That gives us ₦200.42 per litre

Quantity of fuel used for the journey :
The Boeing 747 uses about 12 litres per kilometre
Remember we are travelling 5,006 Km
That’s 60,072 litres consumed from Lagos to London
Let’s covert that to Naira
Remember it costs ₦200.42 per litre
That brings the total cost of fuel to travel from Lagos to London to ₦12,039,630.24!!

Noticed any error ?
Kindly indicate.
And don’t forget to share !!

https://autojosh.com/this-is-what-it-costs-to-fuel-a-plane-from-lagos-to-london/
The only error here is, you don't fuel planes with petrol which render the figures inaccurate.
