Congratulations are in order for a Nigerian student who graduated as the best student from Russian medical school, with a perfect CGPA . Mohammed Mustafa Cengiz, from Kano State, graduated yesterday, the 26th of June, 2017,from the Kazan Medical University Russia with a 5.0 distinction (RUSSIAN RED DIPLOMA).

He received his award from the Russian Minister of Health and Rector respectively.

A pastor walked away in the middle of a wedding ceremony in his church claiming that the bridegroom doesn't love the woman. After asking some questions at the altar, the pastor came to the conclusion that the man is getting married to the woman because of papers so he can't be deported by the immigration officers.

Following the video footage which has gone viral online, online users have reacted with some saying it's none of the pastor's business because the woman has made her choice about him.

Leicester City and Super Eagles forward, Ahmed Musa on Monday hosted players of Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) side Nasarawa United FC at his home located at Rayfield Area in Jos. Musa met with the Solid Miners, who are currently in Jos to honour their NPFL match-day 26 clash with league leaders Plateau United FC slated for this Wednesday at the Rwang Pam Stadium in Jos.

Addressing the players ahead of the crucial NPFL game, the former Kano Pillars hot-shot charged players of the Lafia-based club not to lose focus, telling them to believe in themselves that they can shock the league leaders at home. “Thanks for they visit.nassarawa United,wish you guys good luck,” Musa wrote on twitter.

Going into Wednesday’s game, Plateau United currently dictates the pace on the NPFL log with 45 points from 25 games, while Nasarawa United occupy eighth position with 37 points from same number of matches played so far in the ongoing season.

ACP Abba Kyari, Nigeria's crime buster who led the arrest of billionaire kidnapper, Chukwudidumeme Onuamadike popularly known as Evans - has reacted to reports that he shaded Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw for criticizing him and his team for posing with the notorious criminal. He said that the actress is entitled to her opinion - noting that his squad was in order to celebrate the capture of Evans in that manner.

4) Am Happy to Snap the pictures with Evans our Biggest Catch like we did during Godogodo etc and it will remain in My Album for life and By GOD's Grace My Grandchildren will See same Pictures and give Kudos to their Grandpa.

The notorious Badoo group have struck again in Idioro area of Ogijo, Ikorodu area of Lagos state - killing a husband and his wife on their matrimonial bed. The couple were reportedly found dead on their matrimonial bed with a grinding stone was found on them. According to reports, the couple known as “Baba and Mama Seun”, both residents of Ekundayo, ESCOBA, lived in an uncompleted building .

The couple’s assailants were suspected to have gained entrance through one of the open windows though the net was neatly removed and later fixed after the operation.

According to reports, though nobody could state categorically what led to the strange death but neighbours suspected they were hacked to death by the notorious group, Badoo as a grinding stone was found on them.

Dr Osato Osemwengie, the Nigerian man who makes drones for the United States army - was in Garland, Texas yesterday, June 23rd, 2017 for his 7th master degree graduation. Dr. Osemwengie was joined for the graduation ceremony by his family as he revealed he has set his focus on his 4th PhD due to begin September 7th, 2017. (Seven Masters degree and three PhD degrees, Dr Osemwengie has got to himself)...

Dr. Osemwengie has been an integral member of the American armed forces, building drones for the United States Army. These drones are used for surveillance to gather important information, as well as take out terrorist camps.

A luxury car was spotted recently being loaded at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) in Lagos. The new Audi AG R8 which is worth over N40 million (ranging from $120k to $160k) - caught the attention of people at the airport and even also the workers who loaded it on board Ethiopian Airlines. Men of the underworld set a house ablaze after making away with goods and other valuables during a robbery operation in Benin City, Edo State. According to an eyewitness, the robbers who came back to complete their mission after initially leaving the premises - set the house on fire out of sheer wickedness.

"This is what arm robbers did to a friends house early hours of this morning at our Edo popular musician hostel "VICTOR UWAIFO" off college road Benin city..

The incident occurred at about 9pm when the robbers was breaking my friends neighbours door. So my friend made a call to alert some guys in the area to come to their aid so the robbers heard them making calls and they left.... So my friends and other neighbours was to scared to spend the night there so they left

At about 12am they received a call that the robbers came back and took their few expensive belongings and set the house ablaze...

Now they are stranded with just the clothes they wore since yesterday...... ACT OF WICKEDNESS !!!!"

This is very unfortunate. A viral video which is trending online features two women who were filmed shamelessly fighting themselves in their compound. One of the women ensured that she disgraced the other as she removed the lady's wrapper - leaving her totally unclad and exposed in front of everyone present.

The worst part is that the women's children (including those crying) were present - watching their mothers fight in public.

The fight later ended when the men in the compound came to separate them.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has received a formal petitioned from Senator Dino Melaye constituents. A total number of 188,580 out 360,098 totally voters registered in the outgoing Senator constituent have signed the petitioned . Six bags, which contained the signatures of 52.3 percent of the electorates from the zone and other petitions, were submitted to the electoral Commission, in Abuja...

Attached is the acknowledged copy of the petition received by INEC today in Abuja.

A mild drama occurred yesterday at Nkpor Junction in Idemili North Local Government Area, near the commercial city of Onitsha in Anambra State, after a commercial driver had his bus seized by policemen who were on patrol. According to reports, the driver called his brother on phone to tell him what had happened to him.

The brother on getting there with his motorcycle was arrested and his bike seized in the process.

This made residents of the area gather in their numbers as they prevented the policemen from leaving till the arrested man was released.

The seized bike and bus were also reportedly released by the security operatives.
