Two bell helicopters recently seized by the Nigerian Customs Service have been handed over to Nigerian Air Force in Lagos. Speaking after the handing over ceremony, the Deputy Comptroller General of Customs, Dan Ugo, alleged that the importers of the helicopters failed to comply with the necessary import requirement. The Customs said the helicopters were handed over to NAF for failure by the yet -to - be-identified importers to produce end user certificate from the office of the National Security Adviser. It was said this was in contravention of Section 36 ( 2) of the Customs and Excise Management Act and that the seizure was effected on November 7, 2016 in line with section 46 of CEMA. Customs Area Controller, Frank Allanah, told journalists that the value of the two helicopters and other accessories was over N9. 7bn. He said the chopper would be useful to the Nigerian Air Force in the fight against insurgency as the chopper were specially designed for such operations. The Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Innoson Vehicles, Dr. Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma, has reacted following reports that his company has shut down some productions due to the country's economic situation and may join in the protest organized by music star, Tu Face Idibia. Read what he shared below; My attention has been drawn to a Headline statement going viral on some section of social media platform stating that “Innoson Stops Production Due To PMB’s Policies, May Join 2Baba Protest. The Headline statement which was developed as a result of a facebook post credited to my media aide this morning, and which is pointing that we have shut down production due to President Buhari’s unfavourable policies is absolute false. I will therefore through this medium state the following facts; 1. The statement put out today was neither from my media aide nor from Innoson Group and the content therein are absolute false. I have confirmed that his Facebook account was hacked and he is still fighting to regain the access to his account. 2. Innoson Technical and Industrial Co Ltd, Emene Enugu was never shut down and at no time was there a partial production. We have been producing at full capacity. 3. I have always maintained at different times and in various interviews that I have absolute faith in Mr President determination to solve our various and diverse economic challenges. I therefore urge Nigerians to give Mr President and his economic team all the necessary support, as they are working hard to solve our various economic challenges. Lets all join hands to move Nigeria forward. Thank You Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR Source; http://www.nationalhelm.net/2017/01/innoson-chairman-denies-report-of.html

According to Clement Ntukogu, this is a church where the members are expected to lie down on the floor as soon as the pastor steps into the building. This is done in order to revere the leader. Read what he shared below; PASTORS ARE NOW GODS! At the entrance of a pastor, the whole congregation are expected to lie on the floor. And in other churches, they are expected to stand on their feet. This is NOT the Christianity that Christ and His apostles had taught in the Bible but it's Christianity invented by man. "And as Peter was coming in, Cornelius met him, and fell down at his feet, and worshipped him. But Peter took him up, saying, Stand up; I myself also am a man" Acts 10:25-26. "And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things. Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God" Revelation 22:8-9. Today, Christians have loss their sense of reasonings and have become so stupid to practice nonsense in order to please their pastors. What a shame! The Federal government has been ordered to grant medical attention to members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) who have been detained over various crimes. The leading defense counsel, Barrister Ejiofor has demanded that the Port-Harcourt Magistrate Court should order for the treatment of the Indigenous People Of Biafra activists, who were severely brutalised and molested by the Nigeria combined team of Force men. The 38 IPOB family activists who were arraigned at Magistrate Court 5, were seen limping with severe injuries inflicted on them by the Nigeria Police and were left to suffer in pains at the State CID detention center without any form of treatment. The prosecutor, Inspector Wilson Isaiah, stated that the accused were injured because, they were fighting to overthrow the Nigeria Government. This was countered by the defense counsel, Barrister Ejiofor, who made the court to understand that the arrested Biafra activists were unarmed and nonviolent, but were brutalised and he has every evidence to show to the court. Following the huge argument between the lead defending counsel and prosecutor, the presiding Judge, Sir S.D Andrew Jaja ordered that the injured detainees should be well treated, before the next court sittings. The case was adjourned to 30th day of January 2017, for bail hearing. Source; http://www.nationalhelm.net/2017/01/judge-orders-fg-to-grant-medical.html Credit; Journalist Ibeh Gift Amarachi
