Good day, the packages have been sent out and would have been delivered by now. The customs issues of a few weeks now had put a standstill to custom clearing processes. With the issues resolved we will have the package delivered very shortly.

I paid for express shipping and till date i am just seeing departed.

I call and all you guys say is "we'll get to our office in the US by 3pm" .

Just so you know, this shipment was booked since October.

The wedding i was supposed to use the items for is long past and the bride is even pregnant!

Is it until she delivers or the child starts writing common entrance i will receive my shipment?

Please look into this.

There are no extra charges. You are billed once for the purchase of the items and then again when the items arrive and are prepared for shipping I.e the freight costs. All bills are calculated automatically by the platform not by a member of staff. We'll have someone look into this to ascertain if there is any discrepancy. Our lines will be open again from tomorrow.

A transaction concluded since October and was suppossedly shipped in November after paying the extra charge,is now what your staff or whoever is telling me to pay another sum and even going to the extent if RE-CALCULATING the transaction with today's, exchange rate!!!

The booking has been shipped. If the update has not occurred by now, it will be soon. Do expect delivery shortly especially as customs processing is slowly but surely getting back up to speed.

The booking was shipped earlier in the week and is currently enroute Lagos. We estimate that you should be able to take delivery by next week. This is however based on customs operations. While the customs shutdown is officially over we expect that they will take some time to get back up to speed as negotiations are still underway. We'll keep you updated.

Just up there, after my last post you promised me you will resolve my own case in 48hrs, that was one week ago and I have not heard from you again till today. You guys think your customers are stupid, you think you can just come here and confuse everybody. That you answer your calls, that if they can just post their order number here their case will be resolved, but why would your customers come here to get their case resolved if you answer your calls, if you attend to them very well or if your customer services are doing their jobs?

The packages have been delivered to the carrier and we expect arrival this weekend with customs clearing to follow immediately. The second package is an Air Hazmat item and will fly separately. it will be updated shortly.

We are not deaf to customer issues and have taken drastic steps to ensure you get the best service delivery. Can we have your order number here so we can look into it for you. Most customer issues can be resolved once you give us a number.

I placed for an order since June. This is November, nothing. I've shouted and shouted but I've decided to leave it to God to handle their matter for me.
The Matilda lied to me that my items are already on Nigeria's borders and is clearing customs but no be so.
I don't even know what to do again. They keep assuring and assuring. Just nothing.

Please don't use them.
They are awful.

Shippyme has administrative offices at 13, Hughes Street Alagomeji Yaba and a pick up and warehousing facility at 14, Ladipo Kuku Street Off Allen Avenue, Lagos. Phone calls are being picked. We even have an additional line for both platforms now. Why not drop the booking number here, as you can see we also resolve issues here in nairaland. Someone will look into it and get back to you with a response. Most likely the items arrived late on Friday and would have been updated by now.

An extra charge you requested for so your package could be sent to you via ABC as opposed to office pick up which was the initial delivery option.

No you didn't get me a discount, it's by chance I got it because the item's price was reduced a day after I ordered. And until this discount is credited to me I can't even say I got any. As you promised I am really waiting for this issue to be resolved and I really expect to hear back from you as no one else will reply my emails, I have sent many and I am tired of calling.

Thanks for talking to me at last. I guess this is what it takes for you guys to respond. Ok maybe I was a bit overboard in saying that Circuitatlantic is fraudulent but you caused it. Yes you were right, I have used Circuitatlantic extensively for a long time and it pains me that this is happening. I have introduced a lot of friends to your website and some have even ordered some things through me. So I really want you to get it right but instead you keep scaring away all your customers. You can see that on this thread.

The biggest problem you have is customer service, everybody makes mistake but the ability to communicate effectively with your customer at all time is the key. Your people don't answer their calls and please there is no explanation for it. Three numbers were listed on your website, yet non of them will be answered, I even tried the US line and it entered voice mail.

Concerning my order. You didn't address the issue I raised on my post. Once again, when I placed my order the item was $145 which I paid but by the time the item was purchased it was $131, (mind you I was following it) I believe my balance should be credited to me. Don't you think sohuh
