The item has been purchased and received. The amount you paid initially is the minimum purchasing cost. The second invoice covered the shipping costs and any balances not covered earlier. This is clearly stated on your invoices before making purchase. The item has been prepared for shipping and will ship as soon as the balance on the account has cleared.

The number of calls we receive requires us to have a customer service team and so you may not always speak to the same agent every time you call. Keeping your order number close is the fastest way to get quality assistance from a customer service rep. Your issue was noted, escalated and resolved. All account functions are done automatically and we'll have a member of our team look into why the account was not automatically credited. Having used our services before, you definitely know that Circuit Atlantic is not a "fraud".

For me it's now clear that Circuitatlantic is a fraudulent company and incompetent ones at that. I will never do business with them again after my current one and will advise anyone to think twice before dealing with them. There are better and more reliable companies that offer similar services.

Recently I ordered a pair of jeans through them and paid the total money online into their account as usual. They approved it immediately but then won't purchase the item, even though I remarked to them that it was urgent because the size I ordered was remaining only one pair and will soon be sold out. For days I called and actually begged them to either purchase my item or send me back my money so I can use a deferent company. The phone will ring and ring yet they will not answer their call (I don't understand why) when they do answer they will tell me to give them my order ID after which to they will tell me to call back in 5 mn. So they can check. When I call back the phone will ring till eternity before it's answered but then it's a deferent person and I will go through the same giving my iD number again.

Well, eventually the order was purchased after many days and a thousand phone calls and I received an email with flimsy excuses from a Bill Morrison. Now the issue again is that when I placed that order the item was $145 but by the time the order was purchased it was $131. Normally the balance should have been transferred to my account, but it wasn't and I have sent several emails to the same Morrison but he couldn't even bother to reply. Now I am being asked to pay extra 3,791 Naira before my order will be shipped.

This is a scam. Circuitatlantic is a scam sadly. I have used their services before and this is not the first time I am having issues with them. One thing is certain now though, I will never do anything with them again after I survive this one. Order ID: 1411041688

You are aware, as all our customers are, that the suspect responsible for these acts has not only been dismissed but has been apprehended and is facing trial. Those who have been affected by the acts of that staff are being offered compensation regardless of insurance due to the circumstances. Insuring your items is still the safest way to ship no matter the courier.

He selected the insurance option and when the laptop was damaged enroute to his location by Fedex agents, we made an instant replacement of the laptop. Many businesses have observed these two working days as public holidays. Also, the holiday applied only to our operations at our Head Office of which customer care forms a part. Good day, we have indeed been around for 4 years. You can make dollar payments to any of our domicilliary accounts with full paypal integration soon to come, even though we can arrange for paypal transactions on an order by order basis at the moment.

Also, if you do some deeper research you will find that Circuit Atlantic prices are some of the lowest around. Especially with the price slash currently going on.

Could you please provide the order number for the transaction you described below? We would like to be able to look into it for you. Thank you.

I used another provider and was disappointed so I never try using Nigerian reshippers. They would not accept USD because they want to charge you N175 to a dollar they take a month to deliver and sometimes swap what u bought for cheap copies. I once ordered brake pads from a Ford dealer when they arrived the case had been broken and cheap China imports were inside. I complained and they zzsaid customs ospened it to check.

Anyway a lot of Nigerian businesses do international business the Nigerian way.

My advice
1: register a US address myus.com
2: shop online and they deliver to Nigeria cheaper

First they claimed the cargo was wrongly routed
Then they said it was lost and will file for claims from the airline
Then it was found again and has departed US( this was 10 days ago) you then wonder how many days it takes a flight from US to nigeria.

Please circuit atlantic provide my items or refund my money. (By the way, they don't pick my calls anymore)

So if u r planning to use them I suggest you don't based on my expirience.

Normally refunds take at least 5 business days to process where the customer has selected the insurance option. In this case it may take a bit longer as the booking was not insured. We ask that you please be a bit patient, the refund will go through.
euwajeh: Normal refund process should not take more than 2 business days after submitting required document. Why will it take these long? It took you guys a month and 3 weeks to admits that my items were losts after promising me that my items were still in the US warehouse,Now refund will take another months.

It's important to note a few things when calculating delivery time. Notably, the time the vendor takes to get the items to us and the clearing of balances on the booking. This means that where the vendor does not make an immediate delivery to us there will be a delay. Also, if after the booking is prepared and the invoice sent to the customer, the balance on the booking is not cleared, shipping cannot take place. This is because it is Shippyme policy to ship once payment has been made.

In this instance the booking was placed on the 28th of August, but items were not received until the 8th of September and payment was made a few days ago.

In this instance, the bookings that have had payment made on them will be shipped with the next shipment, which departs tomorrow. Estimated arrival time for packages leaving tomorrow is sometime next week. I can give a more definite estimate as the booking progresses.

It is important to clear the balances on S1408286535 and S1408280962 so that they can also be shipped as quickly as possible.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

The problem, if you look at your item description for that booking, is that there is an error where instead of describing the item, the item description reads "$402" (instead of say, "Hp dv5 laptop" for example). I have looked at the history of the booking and this was entered by you so it must have been an error. However, it does not affect the end balance, i.e $104.48. If you read through the invoice for that booking (by clicking "view invoice) you can confirm this for yourself. The shipping charges are all spelt out there.

You have another booking active, S1408286535, which has not been completed, however, some of the charges, which are static have been calculated already. That booking has a charge of $49.59 on it at the moment. If you look at the total balance widget at the top right of your account page you see the total of the two bookings added together. I am assuming this is what you believe to be the charge for the cancelled booking which I have confirmed has been cancelled.

The total balance at this moment is -$154.06 so you can see that the "$402"charge is no longer reflected in your account.

I SUCCESSFULLY made another order worth about $170 or so which you told me has been received in your office in NJ.
You mailed me an invoice of shipping charge of N17,970 on Monday which listed the 2nd order with the price of the 1st order.
In other words, you're charging on the cost $402 instead of $170.
Please correct this error and send me the correct shipping charge for the order I ACTUALLY MADE!!!
