1 What proposal does one requires to accumulate dis wealth ?
2 How or what means to get this wealth ?
3 Who do they source d dough from, govt / masses ?
4 How to siphon d dough and stash into foreign acct, share it to their family members and save d rest to grand-child for fear of uncertainty
