Ok but suggestions won't be bad anyways.
shupy:
If you can't make this decision yourself with all the research you've done, you will find it difficult to write a convincing SOP. Whatever program you choose, make sure there's progression in your level of education.

I wish to thank everyone for your kind words and advice. However,I have done some research on some schools and courses I can take up,considering my work experiences as a state counsel in the department of commercial law in a ministry during nysc, legal practitioner in a law firm and presently a legal advisor in a company that's into buying and selling. Furthermore, I have a registered business that I run online.
Here are the courses I found that may be related to my experiences and also for visa purposes.
1. Analytics for business decisionmaking
2. Certificate in Business intelligence and analysis
3 International business management
4. Advanced law enforcement and investigation
5. Human resources management
6. Business law(expesnive)
7. Business management
8 Justice studies
9 Natural resources and environmental law inspection and management
Thanks. I would be waiting for responses.

Thank you everyone for your kind words and suggestions. Thanks to people I reached out to,for help on some areas and they did. I'm new here,so I don't know how to tag.
However,I have made some research on some schools, concerning PG certificate, post baccalaureate programs and all. I have sent mails to the supervisors as well. Now,I'm a bit confused on the programs to choose ( considering visa application also)so that's where I need your help as usual.
Putting into consideration that I have a degree in law and have been called to bar also and also my experiences . Firstly,as a state counsel under the commercial department Ministry of Justice,my 2 year experience as a legal practitioner in a corporate firm and presently a legal advisor in a company that is into buying and selling, contracts and so.
What do you think is the best certificate program I should go for
1. International business management
2. Advanced Investigation and enforcement
3. Human resources Management
4. Analytics for business decision making
5. Certificate in business intelligence
6. Law enforcement studies
7. Business law( fees are way too expensive. 612CAD per credit load. 30 credit load per year) 2 yrs program
Just tuition. Other miscellaneous aren't included yet

I would be waiting for your kind piece of advice. Thank you so much.

Please can you help me sample of a cover letter and a resume(canadian style please. The links are not opening. Tyanks
Lekiboboe:
it's not advisable ,cos you are a Bachelor degree holder, an ordinary Diploma is lesser to a Bachelors degree

A PG.Cert/PGD in a legal related field (base on your degree & work experience) is your best shot

Another degree is a total RED-FLAG!!

TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 19 by Cceemmaa: 1:40pm On May 24, 2021
I have a 3rd class in law. I want to apply for paralegal diploma course in canada.
I have 3 years post experience.
1 year in the ministry of Justice as a corner and 2 years as a company legal adviser. Please do you think applying for a diploma course can guarantee me a student visa? I wanted to go for post graduate certificate courses but most of them are demanding for 2.2.

Hello Everyone. Please I'm new in this platform. I'm trying to apply for canada student visa but I'm confused on the schools and programs.
I graduated in law in 2012 with a 3rd class. Please I would like to know the schools and what program I should go for so as to get a student permit visa. Should I go for diploma courses or certificate courses since most of the schools don't accept a 3rd class for post graduate programmes. Please help me.
I have applied for court clerk and paralegal program in humber college because English proficiency isn't needed because I don't have an ielet.
Please I need more schools. Thanks
