funny enuf i was talking 2 me cuz bout dis subject a few days ago because a gal said she was sexually abused on E!and wot baffled me was that he said that girls lie about it too much because d stories r too many i was like wtf! i asked him wot do dey have to gain by lying bout something so awful? and told him dat when u start having kids u better make sure dey dont get abused so that u or any other person wont say dey r lying which kinda makes matters worse 4 d abused child/person. he said God 4bid! just because u or some1 close 2 u havent been there or done that, dont mean others havent. i dont no y ppl r so sick to do such things to their own kids or relatives. & IT IS SO BLOODY CMON - SO MANY CASES! ppl talk about it or report it more in d western world because of d law n ppl's kind attitude but in 9ja its crazy - stigma, fear, they call u a liar, dey tell u 2 shut up/keep it a secret, hatred 2wards u, your looked down on, your blamed, bcoms scandalous, etc TOO BAD! if it happened to u, get justice, if u cant then get over it, move on wit ya life n be a survival not a victim all your life parents shud teach/educate their kids about sex n sexual abuse from a very early/young age and tell dem to report any attempt of sexual abuse or sexual abuse immediately. |

londoner22:oh i 4got 2 state that people no longer go 4 interviews @d embassy, there's a place where they go n get fingerprinted n submit all docs n passports (not sure wot its called n u have 2 find out which branch u need to apply). if u are granted a visa or not, u still have to go to d same place that u submitted your passport n all to collect your passport/visa but in some rare cases ppl are called in 4 an interview (@d embassy) |
