Tell her when she see it, she should avoid bathing with cold water, she should bath with warm water and she won't see those tinx.. It is not a drug thing, and she has no reason to fear.. To me the money is even very low when you judge by the usefulness and importance of the Passport as well as compare the price of travel tickets, both plane and ship. Our passport is still relatively very cheap.

People have been paying a lot more than this through bribery to get Nigerian passports in recent past.
