I'm in my early 40's and all my teeth are intact and without issues save for the extracted molar that didn't grow back because it's a permanent teeth. And, my last extraction was done 20+ years ago while I was in secondary school.

The premolar that was extracted when I was very young grew back.

it is called a "root" canal infection for a reason... If u remove the teeth and the infection isn't treated it will spread through the gun to another teeth.
