you are not a doctor.. When the bone under the tooth hasn't been affected, it can still be saved... Mine was worse when I put my tongue through mine I feel it is removal, but after the xray on the tooth I discovered it hasn't reached the bone underneath the decaying tooth. RCT was done on it on 4 different sessions when he confirmed I wasn't feeling pain anymore he filled it with amalgam(silver kind of substance) after 3 Weeks of filling and no pain it was crowned with porcelain. Mine wss worse, and funny thing is I didn't even go to the dentist when I was having lain on it, I went there years later. My point is he should see a dentist and the dentist is in the best position to advise him, not all these remove it remove it bcoz of a common picture he showed... I say it again extraction is always cheaper, hence why people feel wtth every teeth pain is extraction.

it is not the best, it is only the Cheapest. Tooth extraction 10k or less but RCT nothing less than 45k. They will treat it and that pain you would never feel it again, and if u choose to fill it and crown it then na ur money dey talk

I'm in my early 40's and all my teeth are intact and without issues save for the extracted molar that didn't grow back because it's a permanent teeth. And, my last extraction was done 20+ years ago while I was in secondary school.

The premolar that was extracted when I was very young grew back.

I thought is when you remove the decayed tooth, that is when you stop the bacteria from spreading.

it is called a "root" canal infection for a reason... If u remove the teeth and the infection isn't treated it will spread through the gun to another teeth. Don't belive me, seek dental advise and hear for yourself. Just that it is easier and less to remove teeth than to treat the infection... DON'T REMOVE IT.

yes, they first do a RCT on it, root canal treatment, for maybe 3weeks each session week or more. When the pain has totally vanished they now determine if it can be filled and crowned. If he removes the teeth, the bacteria will enter another tooth and before he is 40 all his teeth would have been gone...

lol if u put a special word in the business name registration, eg "abcd hospitality Consultancy services," the special word there is Consultancy, so you would have to provide any document to show you can actually be a consultant in hospitality, examples of such document would include your hospitality management certificate or qualifications, maybe an hospitality association certificate or workshop certificate., etc, just any document to show you can actually be a consultant. It is just like trying to register a law firm with CAC and you include something like legal solicitors, and you expect them not to Ask you for proof that you really a solicitor or in the legal field??
