The onus is on u to butress ur point wt relevant proof. Your approach to arguing lives a little of sthg to be desired.

Besides, ur information leaves abundant ambuguity on what to check for.
it's left for you to do a proper research from reliable publications or you remain believing Ebola and HIV were magically conjured in some lab and spread in Africa.

dridowu:
who is lying here ? I doubt if you read the article , if you do , i guess you forget to read this bolded part
Mr. Dasuki had said in a statement Wednesday that all contracts and accruing payments were made based on the approval of Mr. Jonathan, adding that due process and military procurement regulations were followed in all the transactions.

“Nigerians should note that all the services generated the types of equipment needed, sourced suppliers most times and after consideration by the Office of the NSA, the President will approve application for payment,” said Mr. Dasuki.

dasuki never said it was worth 2 billion dollars.. the accusers did.

HealthLast Known Ebola Case In Guinea Recovers by ceejayluv(op): 5:17pm On Nov 17, 2015
The last known Ebola case in Guinea, a three-
week old girl, has recovered from the virus,
the medical charity Doctors Without Borders
(MSF) said Tuesday, starting the countdown
to the end of the epidemic.
An official announcement of the end of Ebola,
which has claimed 2,500 lives throughout the
country, is still some way off as a period of
42 Ebola-free days — twice the incubation
period of the virus — is required.
The baby Ebola patient, whose 25-year-old
mother died of the disease last month, was
treated at the MSF centre in the capital
Conakry and declared cured on Monday.
“Nubia has responded well to the treatment
she received,” said Laurence Sailly, MSF
emergency coordinator in Guinea.
“We are pleased that she has been tested
negative, but as she is the first infected baby
to have recovered, she will continue to receive
specialised medical support before going
back home.”
The current epidemic is the worst ever
outbreak of the haemorrhagic fever which
first surfaced in 1976 in what is now the
Democratic Republic of Congo.
According to the latest toll given by the World
Health Organization (WHO), the epidemic has
left 11,300 dead, mainly in the west African
states of Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone, out
of almost 29,000 cases.
Experts agree that the real death toll is
almost certainly significantly higher than the
official data, which has been skewed by the
under-reporting of deaths in many probable
Ebola cases.
Last week the WHO declared Sierra Leone to
be Ebola free. Liberia was declared to have
beaten the virus in September.
Hopes are high that Guinea will join them,
meaning the tri-nation epicentre of the
outbreak will be in the clear.
Nubia’s family is from Guinea’s Forecariah
prefecture, near the Sierra Leone border, the
last area Ebola-affected area in the country.
“The government and the communities have
worked hard with us to arrive at this result.
We must still remain vigilant for any potential
new cases so that our achievements will not
be destroyed.” Sailly cautioned.

He was NOT gentle.
He is a democrat who believes, more than those before him as president and the 36 state governors who worked with him, that our INSTITUTIONS should be independent for a better society. We, the citizens, are the gentle ones who could not also have adequate focus on these institutions (apart from the president) so all works for good.
true... I meant he was too gentle to the extent that he never publicly declared such damning findings against SLS... most Nigerians think he was suspended because of the (frivolous) 20 billion dollars allegation

The FRCN’s report on Sanusi

The decision to suspend the Central Bank of Nigeria Governor, Sanusi Lamido was based on a report of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria dated June 7, 2013.

The report was made after a review of Sanusi’s response to the query issued to him by the President over the apex bank’s financial statement of 2012. His response was dated May 20, 2013.

According to a copy of the report obtained by our correspondent on Thursday, the council indicates that the explanation provided by the suspended CBN governor is “a clear display of incompetence, nonchalance, fraud, wastefulness, and abuse of due process and deliberate efforts to misrepresent facts on the part of the leadership of the CBN.”

The council advised the President to exercise the powers conferred on him by Section 11(2)(f) of the CBN Act 2007 or invoke Section 11(2)(c) of the said Act “and cause the governor and the deputy governors to cease from holding office in the CBN.”

The report read: The particulars of the infractions against Sanusi are:

Persistent refusal and/or negligence to comply with the Public Procurement Act in the procurement practices of the Central Bank of Nigeria.

(A) By virtue of Section 15 (1)(a) of the Public Procurement Act, the provisions of the Act are expected to comply to ‘all procurement of goods, works and services carried out by the Federal Government of Nigeria and all procurement entities.’ This definition clearly includes the Central Bank of Nigeria.

(B) It is however regrettable that the Central Bank of Nigeria, under his leadership, has refused and/or neglected to comply with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act (PPA). You will recall that one of the primary reasons for the enactment of the PPA was the need to promote transparency, competitiveness, cost of effectiveness and professionalism in the public sector procurement system.
