Those 3 names you mentioned are good examples, however, you have to NOTE that they did not continue in their sexual sinful life. Infact, Abraham and David fell only once, then Rahab after contact with God's people didn't remain a harlot. Infact she got married. One may mistakenly fall into sexual sin once and needs to repent, but continuing in it with same partner or having other body counts is wrong.

I really feel for this Judge.
As a matter of fact, there can be no corrupt judiciary without a corrupt Bar. Lawyers and SANs are the funnels of bribe to Judges. In the Supreme Court, there are some Lawyers and SANs that are known as the Justices' bribe PRs. If you want to win a case there, you must meet them to convey your ghana-must-go bag, but they must get their own cuts. Some of them help the Judges/Justices write the Judgment/Ruling as it suits their cases/clients after the money has exchanged hands.

That's why when someone said that one SAN turn politician has been contracted to write a PEPT judgment/Ruling, I know it's possible.

In Nigeria, some Judges/Justices do allow/contract brilliant Lawyers/SANs to write judgment/Rulings for them, especially when those Lawyers/SANs are interested in the case. The Judges/Justices merely read the judgment in open court.
It is a known secret in the Court system.

How many here know how much pressures and threats these judges get on daily basis from Nigerians, especially the Politicians. As long as the judicial appointments are being influenced by politicians, the judiciary will continue to fumble. It is "I scratch your back, you scratch mine". Everyone wants to cash out in Nigeria today. A promise of let's say, Oil well, Properties both in Nigeria and/or abroad, billions of dollars or other hard currencies, political or juicy jobs in Companies for relatives, can easily make our judicial officers at all levels fall hands, EXCEPT those that still understand the meaning of Integrity.
