SledgeHammerer:I got no time for you, bro. |
oyeb15:100% on point. Some lawyers, including SANs, are the ones that funnel bribes from litigants to judicial officers, after getting their own cuts. SHAME ON THEM. |
aswani:Ogbeni stay on the topic. ![]() |
How many here know how much pressures and threats these judges get on daily basis from Nigerians, especially the Politicians. As long as the judicial appointments are being influenced by politicians, the judiciary will continue to fumble. It is "I scratch your back, you scratch mine". Everyone wants to cash out in Nigeria today. A promise of let's say, Oil well, Properties both in Nigeria and/or abroad, billions of dollars or other hard currencies, political or juicy jobs in Companies for relatives, can easily make our judicial officers at all levels fall hands, EXCEPT those that still understand the meaning of Integrity. |
SledgeHammerer:You see your life? ![]() That's how you fail exams, why not stay on the topic? ![]() |
APC WICKED AND DEVILISH PARTY. SEE HOW BECAUSE OF GREED, HATRED AND LUST FOR POWER THEY WASTED THE DESTINIES OF SOME OF THESE CHIBOK GIRLS. |
virginprincess:See confusion oo! Who cooks the food you will order, abi na spirit? |
Very interesting days/years ahead. N8,000 is just $10.32, less than hourly minimum pay in USA, that's what Tinubu will give Nigerians in 6 months. The most annoying aspect of it, is that the money will be borrowed from World Bank. Naija Renewed Hope ; |
muykem:Dey play. The ones under NJC, how many have they punished? The Supreme Court Justices that are NJC themselves, who blow hot and cold with their judgments, who has punished them? |
Faber:Mr. Felix is an amiable and gentle goal getter. He has done well in Enyimba, with great knowledge of football politics in Nigeria. He will continue to excel in his future endeavors. A 1000 gbosas for Mr. Chairman - Chief Felix Anyansi-agwu. ![]() |
Svoboda:Bros, you are right. Football and politics are 5 & 6. Gov. Otti obviously wants to overhaul everything PDP in the State. Enyimba Club/stadium is usually a great platform for campaign in Abia State, they would have campaigned for PDP in the last election. |
Ajibel:The former Chairman had fought much more serious battles in that Club than this and won. There used to be attempts to remove him whenever a new Governor takes over in Abia State. Obviously, he would have retained his position this time around, if not that the 'Pharoah that knew not Joseph came to power'. If you know, you know. |
Congratulations to Mazi Kanu Nwankwo. Moving forward, I pray and hope there won't be clash of interests between him and the Coach - Finidi. |
Nigeria una sorry oo! Choi, see abracadabra explaination. ![]() |
Starhearts:Kudos bro. I hope you are not one of those that used N20k to travel from Lagos to Abuja yesterday, but now can't pay N50k to travel back😀😀😀 |
mannobi:Why all these naw, this one na prayer or what? Is like you have some hidden/surpressed fears about him? Why not liberate youself and stand for truth. |
MiztaDynameek:Do you see how a mentally misfit you are? You have a crooked mindset. A child of darkness will always be a child of darkness. Shame! May God help you learn how to renew your mind for that which is good and honest. APC and Tinubu should know that evil does not triumph forever. There is always a day of reckoning. |
[quote author=mamoh2k3 post=123079671]Reason why we can't allow them to rule this country (quote author=Airlord2030 post=123078922] I'm sure nobody in your family generation both past and present has ever occupied any elective position, talk less of ruling this country. Even your 'we' that are ruling this country, how market naw? Hypocrite and hater. |
Goodman2023:No sir, the killing of DEBORAH, the killings in Southern Kaduna and Benue, and the Skull miners in SW are sophisticated acts of 21st Century naw. Hypocrites. |
Larryndelaw:Chai, see confusion. Don't you think you are wicked to yourself? ![]() |
Larryndelaw:Whenever I see or hear APC touts calling Obi a liar, I always shake my head. I guess it a psychological cover up for their BAT, in whom there has never been anything truth, ranging from his birth, parenthood, education, citizenship, wealth, drug dealing to election manipulation. What a Shame! |
N3TRAL:Hmmn! Sound guy, but nobody knows you, except in Nairaland where you have a disguised name. Shame! |
Nzogbu2012:Bros, just read your post again. In your mind now, you made sense abi? A public figure representing the country can pick and choose a question s/he will answer and ignore that of a known member of opposition party in a democracy. You are a big joke. |
Legitisreal:You are a deluded hater. To you, anyone that supports Obi is an Igbo, even when Bat supporters disguise and speak against Bat in other to ridicule Igbos, he will still be tagged Igbo. Shame! Stop hating. |
You are the most deluded hater. To you, anyone that speaks against Bat is an Igbo, even when Bat supporters disguise and speak against Bat in other to ridicule Igbos, he will still be tagged Igbo. Shame! Stop hating. |
I8flatigos:Chai, I can relate with this one oo! Just as Sai Baba NEPA bill certificate was better that GEJ's degrees in 2015. Today history has shown us that when the wind blows, fowl's nyashi go open. |
Femmyfamous4u:You are right megida. I don't think Igbos like associating with evil, backwardness and broad day robbery, leave them alone, please. |
Let the truth be told, APC should know that majority of people of SS/SE don't give a hoot where the so-called SP comes from in this purported in-coming illegitimate government. Let them leave SS/SE alone. They are not begging for SP. |
Nigerians I dey laugh & pity una mumu-rish. After another 8 years na so una go get another apology. |
We need lawyers on the forum to help us out, please. |
Let me go straight to my point. Since INEC purchased all BVAS, IREV, PORTAL, high-tech and some other electoral materials from a certain foreign company. I believe there should have been a warranty from the foreign company covering those high-tech materials. According to INEC each BVAS cost about $795 and over 194,464 BVAS were bought for our 176,846 polling units across the nation, with additional 8,809 BVAS for backup. A day after the presidential election of 25th February, INEC informed the entire nation that the BVAS developed glitches, which means they failed or malfunctioned on the election day; hence it has to resort to manual collation of election results. My questions are: Can INEC or Nigerian government sue the foreign company for a breach of warranty or breach of contract on the BVAS and other high-tech materials that malfunctioned on the Nigerians needed them most to work. Will INEC actually sue? PLEASE no tribal bashing of Igbo this or Yoruba that on this post. Be patriotic, honest and objective with your response. |
