spade: Guys! Y'all remember Hanni from Big Brother Amplified, right? The beautiful conservative Ethiopian lass who agreed to Lomwe's romantic gestures but rejected his sexxxual advances, right?
Tgirl4real: I have come to realise that life is not about 'up' 'up'. We have a lot of down moments too. One thing that keeps me going is hope. I am not hopeless in this world. I have Christ and I know my future is secured in him.
Just like CC pointed out, doing what you love doing helps a lot. For me, it's movies at the cinemas and surfing the net.

Also always try and be round positive people. You know that some people emit negative vibes. . . stay clear from them no matter how close they are to you.
If you are religious then search out positive scriptures and memorize them and say them back to yourself always
Find a hobby that you like and you find relaxing . . .even if its only knitting
dont be too hard on yourself. These things take time and we are all unique. I am not a people person but my husband is. I have turned down many many friendships in the past but over time and I mean plenty time have I just started to see the beauty in relationships. Now I will go up to people and extend a hand of friendship but it took a long time. You are who you are.
For the sleep thing, you have to train your body to sleep at a certain time and wake up at a certain time. I wake up at 5am every morning 7 days a week. I have never used an alarm clock in my life and I mentally swtich off at 9.30 pm. I may not go to bed at 9.30pm but im not firing on all cylinders mentally at that point.
and please please please, seek medical help if you cant do it alone. The brave thing is actually knowing that you need help and doing something about it. **hugs**
StateOfMind: That was my initial thought too, but then this is a competition, favours don't always have to be paid back especially if the person involved isn't your close friend. I wont be surprised if he swaps her.
click2cbn: One of d Ghanains will be going home dis sunday! Since Oneal nominated Elikem n Pokello, so he will end up swapping Natasha with Selly cos i remember him telling Sulu on saturday dat He(Oneal), Sulu, Angelo n Feza r a team! So Ghana who will u save? Selly or Elikem!
