as far as I know feminists tend to have higher marriage rates. they also tend to be more educated and have degrees.
educated women have higher marriage rates in general. so that may be the reason.
educated women also tend to be feminists or have feminist sympathies.

Some women stay with extremely abusive husbands. ex men who beat their wife etc and kids that are raised under this circumstance grow up with disturbing ideas about women. such kids are better off if the mother left the abusive house and raised the kids single-handedly.

of course the ideal is two caring parents. but if the home life is tumultuous, then one single parent with peace is much better. I'm sure you will agree with me. it's a pretty straightforward and logical statement.

Ida Wells is one feminist example that I really admire because she was not only a feminist but also a civil rights activist. and you might be interested in reading more about her because she actually had a run in and fought against white female feminists at one point in time. you seem to be more against western feminism or blacks associating with white feminism so this might be your cup of tea

there are way way way more mysoginists and wife beating husbands in the world than whatever annoying traits u claim ur mom has. i'm sure she had a reason for making the decision she did.
trust me, women have been raising children single handedly since time immemorial. even married women with husbands who are rarely there for their kids. feminism is not about single motherhood but actually also more about men doing their share of being present in their children's lives! yeah you didn't know that.
take northern europe for example in countries like iceland, denmark, sweden and co. men there are way way more present in their children's lives, gender equality there is very high and they have an overall good quality of life.
