Lund university (public health), karolinska institute (public health) in that order of preference. I have paid the 900 SEK application fees also.
Please, I want to ask those who have already done this if I should reorganize the preferences to enhance my chances. Any advice, please

Yeah 2:1 students can get the scholarship. South Korea doesn't need IELTS

You are welcome bro. Yeah each university or some of them have their own scholarship program, I didn't go through all their site but you can check them one after the other.
I'm currently on 60% scholarship at solbridge though it's not a full scholarship but it's something.
So schools usually give scholarships base on your performance from your previous studies.
If you have 1st class, you can get a full scholarship or more than 70%.

thanks bro. I will check out solbridge. I have checked my course and discovered most of them abound in big schools like Korea uni, SNU, and yonsei University. Do 2:1 students get this scholarship and can taking IELTS boost chances?

Captured today at awka immigration. They said it will be ready six weeks from today. Only God knows if they will be true with their words.

You can apply to schools without passport but can't register GRE without your International passport.

Ever considered KnB scholarship? I have known your username for awhile. Give it a shot, you will excel in it. It's a fullyfunded scholarship in Indonesia, from there you can navigate to other country. Just a fair start for you.
