Eziachi: Very laughable. How can a grown man with his own will claimed that something a video showed he willingly participated from start to finish was imposed on him? This is the sort of calibre of individuals running Nigeria.
from what you just say, you dont knw anytin abt politics
Politics › Re: NGF Crisis: Jang, Mimiko Explain How Amaechi Imposed His Election (WATCH) by chaloner(op): 9:43pm On Jun 02, 2013
Billyonaire: 1. Governors forum chairmanship has never been attained via election.
2. Governors Forum Chairman is 2 yrs non-renewable position.
3. Amaechi had no basis to arrange his own re-election as imcubent as was no qualified for another term.

These are valid arguments devoid of sentiments.

PDP will resolve to apply the first right of refusal to performing candidates, by issuing them automatic consensus ticket without primaries, so where is Amaechi going with his childish antics with the Boko Northerners ?

Amaechi is a political Iscariot.
love you..........amaechi is really trying to sabotage the whole south

koruji: Medicine after death.
They participated in the voting - it was only 35 of them in there for God's sake.
It was counted with everybody looking on - and clearly Uduaghan (a GEJ/Jang) supporter was the returning officer.
The Jang faction was confident of victory and could see no way to rig the vote - remember only 35 people in the room !!!

Anyway, here is the medicine after death video:

thanks man how did u embeded the video, tell me pls.... to the topic, they taught they will win, and now they are saying that amechi use naija method "rigging" which may be 90% true. amechi would have step down

i think even amechi need not to be trusted. all of them are the same

A faction of the Nigeria Governors Forum led by the Plateau state governor, Jonah Jang has taken time to explain what transpired during the controversial chairmanship election.

Jang who was in the company of the Ondo state governor, Olusegun Mimiko and other colleagues, said the Rivers state governor, Rotimi Amaechi imposed the election on the other governors.

Mimiko went on to challenge the Pro-Amaechi faction to release the full video footage of the election instead of an edited version which is currently in circulation.

Romance › 7 Things You Should NEVER Allow In Your Marriage by chaloner(op):
For most people, getting married is a forever kind of thing. No one ever vows “’till death do us part” with the intention of only being together for a short while. But the reality is, sometimes life intrudes and things happen and 50 percent of marriages end in divorce.

We read a lot about dating dealbreakers and reasons a person might break up with a boyfriend, but there are very few marriage dealbreakers. After all, one person might be willing to put up with something that had caused another person to leave months before. Debt is one of those things. But there are others, too.

Here are 7 marriage dealbreakers that have caused many a divorce for all the right reasons:

Drinking: There is drinking and then there is DRINKING. Having spent a fair amount of my early adulthood with a man who drank too much, I know what it’s like to watch one beer turn into eight and not know when he was going to stop. I know what it’s like to constantly hear he’s done drinking only to watch him get drunk again that night. At a certain point, I would never blame anyone for throwing in the towel on this kind of marriage.

Smoking: Cigarettes may be a compromise, though honestly, I can’t imagine wanting to kiss someone who smelled like butts. But there are other things that people smoke and pot heads don’t always make the best hubbies. What was cute at 21 isn’t so adorable at 35.

Gambling: This is an addiction like any other. If a person doesn’t want to get help, then sometimes it may be best to end it before debt, fighting, and financial ruin take it down anyway.

Overspending: This is a big one. No one wants to be with someone who can’t stop shopping. Finances are the number one cause of divorce for many people and who can blame them? His credit could ruin yours.

Cheating More Than Once: This one is obvious. Maybe it could be forgiven in certain circumstances, but not more than once.

Abuse: This one is obvious too, but a lot of people miss it. If he hits you one time, leave. Period. End of story. No man should ever hit a woman. Of course, physical abuse isn’t the only kind of abuse, but people in love typically don’t abuse one another. If they do, it’s not love.

Unwillingness to Work on Things: The reality is, most of these things CAN be fixed, assuming both sides admit there is a problem. Barring that, marriages will fail. There has to be a willingness to work on what needs to be worked on.

Romance › Woman Dumps Cheating Boyfriend With A 'Romantic' Note (READ) by chaloner(op):
Breaking up is so very hard to do goes the old Burt Bacharach song, yet the writer of this letter seems to have done rather a good job of compartmentalizing her emotions as she writes to her lover to inform him that it’s all over.

An armchair psychiatrist could have a field day trying to decipher if the jilted lover writing the letter has taken the end of the relationship well or is perhaps overacting to what she has discovered.

What we do know is that when the writer accesses her boyfriend’s Facebook account she notices he has received a message from another girl, called Kelsi.

Politics › Re: Atiku Rejects Automatic Tickets For President, Governors by chaloner(m): 11:24am On Jun 02, 2013
The ruling Peoples Democratic Party may skip conducting primaries for all elective positions and instead endorse the president and governors seeking re-election in the 2015 elections.

The chairman of the party’s Board of Trustees (BoT), Chief Tony Anenih, hinted at this when he spoke on Thursday night at the ’PDP Family Dinner’ held at the Banquet Hall of the State House, Abuja.

The Arewa Consultative Forum has opposed this idea saying it would amount to a mockery of democracy if the primaries are not conducted.

Should PDP skip the primaries? Does this compromise our democracy?

Politics › Re: Narcotic Drugs, Condoms Found In Boko-Haram Camps. by chaloner(m): 11:19am On Jun 02, 2013
More of the dirty sides of the insurgents’ lifestyle are being revealed as troops continue to stumble on strange and bizarre objects such as several used and unused condoms as well as charms and amulets of various shapes in the captured terrorists camps.

Defence spokesman, Brigadier-General Chris Olukolade, who made the revelation, said that other common items found by troops in the terrorists camps also included syringes, test tubes and hand gloves usually found in the rubbles of most of the destroyed camps.

According to him, apart from chemicals and materials for producing Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs), narcotics of all types were also found to be common features as troops combed through camps in Sambisa forest, New Marte, and others.

The earlier the north start telling themselves the truth , the better for them. They should know that "tricks need updates", Their tricks can never work in this country in Jesus name. If they say its poverty, pls tell me , the food Nigerian are consuming where are they coming from? Atleast 70% from the north. Ok again, do we get the food from them for free? No we do pay for every purchase. Follow me my brothers, who are our past presidents of Nigeria? See them ....

Azikiwe
Military regime

Aguiyi-Ironsi
Gowon
Mohammed
Obasanjo
Second Republic

Shagari
Military regime

Buhari
Babangida
Shonekan(interim)*
Abacha
Abubakar
Fourth Republic

Obasanjo
Yar'Adua
Jonathan

How many north did you see Their ? Please somebody should count and tell me.. Ok now what's their problems? If the north is still poor to this extend of 5k for bombing and with this so called past leaders ... Then it shows we have jam parasites, inactive beings, nuisances , unreasonable entities, unproductive humans, leaders that lack the ability to govern but set of minds to enrich themselves ..... It shows Nigeria as a whole need to REJECT the north...call them outcast, Their leaders hav failed them period .
