A man was utterly shocked after encountering this python on his work site in Warri, Delta state on Saturday, July 23. According to Johnbull Cleopas (the Chief Whip at Ekeremor Local Govt.Council in Bayelsa state) who shared the photos, the snake was already trapped dead in his fence.

This is what he wrote on his Facebook page; Glory b 2 God Almighty... I went 2 my site dis morning 2 do little work & stumbled into dis Serpent already trapped dead in my fence... Guess what? I burnt d evil to Hell... I say back 2 sender in Jesus name, Amen...

God bless the gallant soldiers who have put their lives on the line for the security of the country. Nigerian soldiers were seen in a celebratory mood after a successful clearance operation against Boko Haram insurgents recently in Borno state.

A happy soldier Henry Edobor took to his Facebook page to share the good news; Is all about bush to bush, house to house and camp to calm until they finally finish. Thank God for the successful clearance...

Three able-bodied were paraded unclad after being caught stealing a motorcylce in Agbor, Delta state on Wednesday, July 20th. The thieves were made to walk around with the stolen bike in a bid to shame them.

Congratulations are in order for Ahmad Suyudi who despite his condition -graduated with good grades from Business Administration at the Akdeniz K University, Cyprus. The physically challenged graduate -was assisted by his friend another Nigerian (Ronke Lawal) in virtually doing everything except writing his exams. Here are pictures from his graduation ceremony.

A total number of 250 former members of the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF) -were officially integrated into the Nigerian Army after concluding military training. They were formally recruited by Kashim Shettima, the governor of Borno state, at the Government House in Maiduguri on Friday, July 22.

After their recruitment, the new soldiers took to the streets of Maiduguri to show their appreciation and also show residents that they are fit for the task as they jogged across the metropolis.
