This man was apprehended after trying to play a fast one on a lady who sells recharge cards at Bode Thomas area in Lagos. His attempt to steal recharge cards worth N44,000 was foiled after the seller caught up with him while trying to run away. Read below what was shared by Olayinka Ayodeji So this plum middle age man (thief) was caught in my office complex today claiming to a young lady selling recharge cards, he own an office in the complex and one of the SUVs parked in the complex premises. He then told the lady to bring all her recharge cards and told her to sit somewhere in the compound to calculate the total money while he inform his Secretary to bring her the money estimated to be around 44, 000 Naira. He even send the security guard to get him 5 pure water, that they need water in his office! After, he climb the stairs into the building, return and tell the young lady that her money is on the way, she should wait for his Secretary. Very quickly this same man advanced to the gate and jumped into a Keke Napep but luckily for the lady who was highly observant, grabbed him by his shirt, pulled him off the keke and screamed on him. He was then caught, given a light beating and has since been handed over to the Bode Thomas, Lagos Police unit. See Why You Should Never Look Down On People Because Of Their Present Condition This true life story is a lesson that we should treat others with respect and not by the present condition because none is permanent. Kenyan-born maverick businessman -Steve Mbogo shared his encounter his former school friend who used to borrow from the so-called rich kids back in the days. The man was the pilot of the plane he boarded. Read below; Yesterday as I was traveling, I met a friend who used to borrow school shirts from the "rich kids" when we were in lower primary school. He once said in class that "problems have no roots". As of now he was the pilot of the plane I did board. This reminded me that, "Never look down on anyone because of their present situation. Sometimes the people you look down on today will be the ones you look up to tomorrow. When things are fine with you, don't treat others like they are insignificant. A person who is down today can climb up triumphantly over adversities tomorrow. No one can predict the future... only God knows what tomorrow holds."
