Crime › Re: How Boko Haram Met Their Waterloo In Marte by charleff512(m): 2:07pm On Jan 18, 2021 |
alasane: Boko Haram terrorists have a hard time understanding the jig is up. After losing hundreds of fighters in recent weeks, some Boko Haram commanders figured it was a good idea to attack an army base. The attack underscored the illusion of Boko Haram commanders.
Boko Haram insurgents attacked the base in their classic style. Dozens of fighters attacked from four points simultaneously, firing mortars and RPGs, hoping to overwhelm the defenders and overrun the base.
Remember this was the same tactics used in their attack on the Gudun Bali base last Friday. The Nigerian army was not gonna fall for this again.
They allowed the insurgents close in on the base before engaging. Call for aerial support was delayed to give the attackers a false sense of security.
Nigerian troops reinforced the base with orders not to fire their weapons and reveal their position. It must have felt too easy because the wary insurgents attempted to set up a defensive perimeter in a village called Arkuma but changed their mind.
Turns out the insurgents had been firing on mostly empty structure all along. Nigerian troops opened fire from well concealed positions up close, making their RPGs useless. In their confusion the insurgents attempted to fight their way out the ambush but were picked apart.
At 6pm seeing the battle was lost, the insurgents attempted to salvage defeat by attacking the village of arkuma. They mounted on 15 trucks and and approached the village from different directions simultaneously to wreak havoc.
This was when helicopter gunships swooped low and made minced meat of the convoy. Many of them who survived the strike and ran towards the village on foot were cut down by snipers."
Nigeria shall not be terrified by terror! Nigeria will definitely prevail!!! Source Pls |

I think we should always factor in safety during house construction. In this part of the world we are more worried about thieves than our safety. Many families have been roasted due to the "over gating" their buildings thus making it difficult for neighbours to help out during fire outbreak. May their souls find eternal rest. |

sreamsense: The problem with contemporary young generation is that many of you were born into your families when morality vacated your family homes. Being strict is different from being wicked, he is discipling you as his own children so your future can be better, you are here ranting he is wicked.
Many of you just like places you will not be tamed so that you can do whatever you want like forming cult groups on campus, turning campus to Olosho house. If he is not strict and people still allow to do whatever they like, these spoilt rats will still come back here to complain and cast aspersions if any bad thing goes wrong with the school. Go to Catholic schools and see descipline, you these spoilt rats.
Your fathers get money, but lack morality, so when your fathers finally dumb you into CU as correctional center, you begin to misunderstand 'strictness' to ' wickedness' because your fathers failed to even show you '101' of moralities before you left for school because your families lack moralities in the first place. If you like to become wayward and hates descipline, no need of going there, go to federal and state universities and do what you like. Judas Iscariots! Am short of words bro!May God increase your wisdom.
Somebody is sweating to make you great, you call it wickedness! Spoilt rats! Go to volatile areas in North and ask for the meaning of wickedness! |

I taught in a private school and was doing 36 hours per week. That means 4 clases in a day for 9 arms(SS1-3) science, art and commercial.I also used private coaching and JAMB tutorial coaching to support that.My monthly salary was 15k monthly and I lived in a room of 60k per year.I got a better offer at Lekki for 50k but that was too time consuming for an applicant.I had to quit to do a full time masters but hunger almost killed me.From the blues a federal agency I had applied for two years before gave me a good offer thrice the amount I was earning then. All glory to God.Just get busy.I spent 3 years before I got my dream job. |

I think I will give it up now, they just make you believe anything and then nothing works, it's like a talisman that fails but was supposed to protect me.
I listen to all motivational tapes and yet I can't take action, just hope
I will donate my library to interested persons, but it's over, I will way bill it to any state but transportation will be paid by receiver, This books are not manuals for prosperity. They are meant to give you ideas but the reality is when you juxtapose it with what is obtainable in your clime or neighborhood. They were never meant to do any magic.Peace Bro |

Kenplay: With my personal Experience, Observation and inner conviction, I think I dont want to be part of any religion again. This thing is truely an opium of illusion meant for people who cant take their destiny in their hands and for a sheeple masses.
Despite withdrawing from religion I found myself even having a better moral compass which I cant explain. We are throwing away common sense, hardwork and universal principles to leave in illusion. At the end of my observation I have come to the conclusion that its what you do for yourself that counts more.
When I see poor people dying of hungry in a country which have the capacity to be the global industrial hub I know we have throw away common sense, Nigeria biggest investment to South Africa is Religious buildings (Church) while here in Nigeria the South Africans brought us MTN, DSTV, SHOP RITE e.t.c which employs thousands of people and gives profit to our Investors inventing in the stocks and shares of those companies I realise religion is lack of common sense.
No amount of religion can make you succesful without application of common sense. No amount of religion can make your marriage succesful without application of common sense and consideration for your partner. No amount of religion can a nation grow and prosper without application of common sense, productivity and good policies.
At the end of it I think am leaving religion, its not worth it. Even uprightness and moral comes from a person inner conviction and not because of religion. Lalasticlala Myndd44 Your observations are very right and valid. You don't need religion to succeed but just believe there is God and ask to have a relationship with him.I go to church but I have never played church nor let the whims and caprices of man's philosophy to guide my decisions in life. But I know and believe there is God that is all that matters. |

Crime › Ibidun Ighodalo: I Want To Know If This Was SUICIDE Or MURDER! – Kemi Olunloyo by charleff512(op): 12:53pm On Jun 15, 2020 |
Nigerian journalist, Kemi Olunloyo has questioned the death of Ibidun Ighodalo saying it is either a suicide or a murder.
Taking to her social media page to react to the death of Ibidun Ighodalo, Kemi Olunloyo called on the Police to demand investigation in her death as she questions the fact that she died from cardiac arrest.
She wrote;
Ibidun Ighodalo just became my online friend this February 2020. She said she had a foundation, always checking on me in IG DM. I have screenshots. Why will her Instagram page be deactivated by anyone? @PoliceNG must Investigate how she DIED in a hotel room #Kemitalks
There is a wave of poisoning deaths all over Nigeria. Pure nonsense! The Niger Delta Commission guy was also poisoned. Did someone poison her in the hotel? I want to know her last meal, @Facebook legal dept will tell us what time her IG was deactivated and from what location
There must be NO COVER UP in her death. Wanna see her autopsy. 41yo women do have cardiac arrest SECONDARY to what though? To deactivate a page then cardiac arrest signifies SUICIDE, other way around MURDER. @PoliceNG get to work @GovWike pls open an investigation #kemitalks
The hotel in Port Harcourt needs to be SEALED as a potential crime scene. The entire kitchen staff & management need to be detained and interviewed on what she ate before that cardiac arrest. Someone died in there. SHE MUST NOT be buried YET! #kemitalks
Ibidun Ighodalo’s family needs to be interrogated on who ran her Instagram pages. The Nurudeen Lawal guy who travelled with her to PH must be detained for questioning. Did he run the foundation page along with her? Why isn’t an obituary posted on that page. @instagram @Facebook
Rest in Peace Ibidun Ighodalo. I was just getting to know you. I’m an Investigative Journalist and your DEATH IS SUSPICIOUS. @PoliceNG @GovWike plssssss get to work. Segun @segalink pls read the thread. It’s a lawless country. Focus on the bigger picture. @GraffitiBMXCop DM

Christianity Etc › What You Should Know About Prophets and Prophecies by charleff512(op): 4:06pm On May 31, 2020*. Modified: 5:15pm On Jun 01, 2020 |
Firstly,I will raise them up a Prophet....and will put my words in his mouth;and he shall speak unto them all that I command him.Deuteronomy 18:18 Secondly,And he gave some, apostles, and some Prophets and some evangelists and some pastors and teachers.Ephessians 4:11 Thirdly,When a prophet speaketh in the name of the Lord,if the thing follow not,nor come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord hath not spoken but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously;thou shalt not be afraid of him. From the above I can safely posit that; God raises Prophets in their generation by calling them and he gives them prophecies to warn his children of impending dangers. Also, there are true Prophets and false prophets.Jesus himself warned us to beware of false prophets Matt 7:15. Lastly, false prophets can speak out of presumption and not really from God.
For this year, the Lord will fulfill his promises in your life according to 2 Chro 20:20, Believe his prophet so shall ye prosper.
Don't let anyone create fear in your life due to negative prophecies.Reject such and read the Bible to claim his word for your life.God bless you. |
