CopyJoe:Aha... That one, I thought so. I checked through currency pairs and I couldn't find any results that made sense. I for say ![]() |
GabsonFX:I'm only thinking how those lot sizes produced such little rewards or I'm missing something ![]() |
samfelly:When I speak of evaluating after a decade, I speak for myself. If you think what you can achieve what you're saying, by all means go ahead. Whether it's big or small is not up to me to determine. That's why the market is there. |
I'll know if progress has been made after a decade. I don't know the source of your motivation, Mr.sam but I can only wish you Godspeed. There's always time |
abham:Yes On the weekly TF, I see that price just filled an imbalance and is returning south yea.Yes. Actually, I think the point from where we had the "failed swing high" was a hidden supply window in the weekly time frame and is clearly seen on D1 and lower. And on the M15, there should be a setup for taking shorts once it returns to the poi on the H4.Well,with me since all the requirements have been met,I just go in "aggressive" So in general term, i think the way I’ll understand it is the macro structure would be weekly and daily while the micro structure is H4 below.Yes.M15 just points out that there's most likely going to be a "power of 3" movement. (AMD) I also recalled that I’ve seen this Micro and Marco structure explanation in a book I once read, hopefully I’ll go back to my library.I think the setup is mostly narrated as SMS+BMS+RTO The weekly psychological support let’s wait to see if it fails then.Modest exit will be at the support. Thanks. |

PS: seeing price action in the micro and D1, PA in weekly may go below 77. I'm only shorting any jpy pairs till year's end. |
abham:I wish there was. This is my understanding of jpy pairs since I engaged in their study since the past year. I could draw up a chart markup tomorrow so you could see it too. |
abham:Yes. My eyes see such target at 78. I guess that's why I believe the 5% target can be achieved before the time runs out. With all the red news next week, I'm banking on them to be the needed catalysts. For CADJPY, 200 pips could be attainable. GJ refused to approach 155.450 and has reversed. Everything is set in order and i think it's time to party RED |
CopyJoe:I'm afraid February may just start off with that red impulse. You know, that long impulse that almost always comes after an "evening star" or whatever it's called (I don't really care ) |
abham:The last jpy pair waiting on the list before it begins to rain red is GJ. That trade I left for my practicing demo. Market structure has shifted both macro and micro. I hope I'm right anyway. |
Hopefully next week gives us our 5%. From my current position, I'll need about 400-500 pips to make it before 6/02/2022.
|
infofirst:Trust me, boss. I've never worked harder. This is completely in line with my plans for this year and I know I have to make it work ![]() |
I don search for entry tire .There is still time. May the market continue to give us blue records. @Amolak, Sail on sir... You're the first of more to come. |
Feshizzy:It is not for the weak ![]() |
I don't believe the market is random. Taking GJ and USDCAD as case study, I'm pretty much convinced it is not. |
infofirst:I don't know how easy it would be to open another FTMO trial account (at least for me) as the previous one is yet to expire. Expiration date is 24/01/2022. What would you suggest, chief ? Attached;
|
KingPipmarshall:1. There's no point hating anybody. 2. I'll try next time, you should too. ![]() 3. You were recognized. Ingratitude is it's own crime. 4. OR if you think it's not worth it since "you were not recognized for the effort" , don't join the next trials. @pipMarshall and @femora and @charly20 are sighted and noted. Your efforts will not go in vain. Things are in the pipeline for you too but we need to see some consistency moving forward. Its a loving community, enjoy it. Peace ✌️ |
Feshizzy:Its both funny and silly .If recognition as winner meant so much, why not just work harder next time to be the the no.1 person? "You should have added me amongst winners. Prizes are for the first three winners, I came fourth." Na wa. |
abham:Thank you for the encouragement. |
infofirst:Thank you, boss. I'll do better next time. Modified: With this, I'll say; Month 1: completed Target : Not achieved. Account was not lost (good sign). Adjustments will be made for the subsequent months.
|
Really lazy market conditions. We have to be equally fluid. |
FreshGuy2:These two are negatively correlated. Whenever I take a position on GJ, I always look for the opposite on USDCAD. Trade safe, good man. |
Kaybee7000:This dump could be the beginning of the bear season on this pairs (GJ my traded pair as example) Look at the cycle since October and the wyckoff redistribution (if you're familiar with the idea) on the monthly TF. Likely a long way down from 157. |
KingPipmarshall:Take a look at this week's closing candle. Its about to close higher than last week's. My chart tells me a bullish story. |
saintfaculty:I have a very long term view on this pair. For all I know, it may trade higher than 1.60 in the coming months.
|
charly20:Because I heard indices moved like "demons" I left the pairs I have studied and chased after our beloved "beasts" till dey whooped me several times over. I'm lucky to have used tight RM.I may still trade them but now not out of inexperience GJ may yet save my head this time. Stick to what you know
|
amolak:I've been hoping to see your chart markups, Mr. Amolak. You always come out top in the contests. Maybe we could learn from how you view the market, don't you think? |
I don't usually look at the leaderboard during competition to avoid pressuring myself but just looked at it and I'm wondering how literally everyone has been disqualified And the ones who remain and are still active are just a handful. Omo Modified: A few lessons I've learned and I'll share. |
GreatestManEver:Well, I won't claim I know anything as I'm equally new but I assume you must be speaking from experience otherwise...... ![]() |
GreatestManEver:Please, help him. What you've given is not help. Who learns to trade in 4/5 months? (Even with all the intensity,it's just not possible) If anything, it takes at least one year to find your edge and a working strategy to backtest and forward test in the next year or few years later before going live. Stay true to yourself @Tipster07. This is a marathon, submit to time and LEARN. We are here for you Welcome to the community! |
samfelly:Of course, I am. As it is even if I met the requirements to be a beneficiary for prop trading at this point, I may just ask the sponsor to give it to capable hands. The opportunity would surely be a big step for me but will I keep it up? Why rush, eh? Still plenty of learning to do. Godspeed, Mr. Sam ![]() |
Donvic4u:For me? Yes. I can't be lying to meself if I want to grow. |
