They stated that they would only take those with 2.1 in their previous recruitment, but they ended up in allowing those with 2.2 during the exam. Their reason was that some states might not produce any candidate should they allowe only those with 2.1. I want to encourge all the interested candidates with 2.2 to go ahead and apply should they repeat the similar thing this time. After all many 'ogas' in the niga navy graduated with 2.2 and 3rd class. So many people who wanted to apply in the last recruitment could not do so.

It can be very tempting serving in a secondary school. Sleeping with ur female student as a corper can be frustrating. Every organisation has a specific salary scale for any position. If you will be placed in a position where no one is, you can then negotiate for your salary, but if u find yourself in the same position with other workers, I think telling your prospective employer that u would like to be placed at the same salary structure with workers at your position would solve the problem.

The fact that graduates do such jobs is not a crime. If you know where you are and where you are going as a graduate, the menial job may serve as a platform to excel in life.

This is a serious issue to discuss becouse our educational system is on the verge of collapse. I was sad one day to see a student write, 'test on k-mis3' on her chemistry test she sumbitted to me in the school where I teach. We should try to discourage students both in secondary and higher institutions from pigeon eglish. How can they know the meaning of those words when they like to speak 'broken'. Students would like to use the words Bleep up to describe any ugly situation they encounter. For instance, many Nigeran students would say that the food they eat is, 'bleeped up' if the food is not delicious. If a lecture is boring and you ask them about it, they would say 'Bleep up men'. Ask them about a lecturer who is mean or hostile, they would say, 'the man na bleeped up man'. We can see that Bleep up has denied these group of students the knowledge of many words. The same is still observed in many areas.

It is always good to give honour to whom honour is due. Naming the state univesity after Ibb is one of the ways the people of Niger want to appreciate him for becoming the head of this country. How many states have produced a head of state in this country? Why won't Niger state appreciate him.
