Something you don't like won't be beautiful to you You said that the t-shirt put on by the couple is beautiful because the masses love obi. How does obi being loved by the masses according to you make a couple putting an "obi outfit" beautiful and putting on an atiku/buhari or Tinubu outfit not beautiful? |

Mcslize: I quoted you directly. You are the one making claims not a third party. Will your hands be tied? Ain't you the one making the claims here? I was referring to you directly not a third party.
Now I am repeating the questions, won't your hands feel tied? Can you as a civilian withstand a trained soldier in self defense and combat without having any prior experience?
Be honest with your answer. Stop involving a third party and an imaginary pronoun of a third person. What claim did I make? Can you show me the claim and pls quote the claim verbatim. "Will his hand be tied to his back while you are disfiguring his face?" What has blood not being the same got to do with the question I asked? |

The VP can't blame anyone for his predicament. That is what happens when you sell your birthright for a pot of porridge. Osinbajo threw away every godly and moral principle he knew as a pastor and lawyer just because of ambition. Defended, supported and contributed to buharis evil thinking that buhari will support him. After everything, the man is quietly licking his wounds. It's better to always stand for the truth and for what is right and just. Osinbajo didn't do that for his God& for his principles. Some of us raised these points but as usual we were called haters but here we are |

subsidywise18: That is the landing cost.
It would have been higher if goverment did not cut cost by refining our crude in substandard refineries aborad.
Even if we refine at home it would cost over 200 naira.
165 fuel or 40 naira fuel is not sustainable. You want working refineries then let them refine and sell at a profit. Look at the question you were asked. what are the prime cost attached to local refining that gave you #300. please educate us |

If Obi comes in and sets prices back to their old levels the economy would collpase under debt.
Apc is no better and is at fault. Did he say he wants govt to subsidise the prices? If prices of goods (including petroleum products) and services are skyrocketing everyday, what does that tell you? How do you get prices of goods and services to come down? |

kayperry: How many times dem wan remove subsidy, in as much as our govt don't want to do the right thing subsidy removal has become a convenient LiE and a perfect excuse to dole at lame minds. A quick one, kerosine and diesel as being deregulated how far ?? of what use is a product that is available and people can't even afford it. lately companies, banks are now running on short operating hours, companies are struggling to afford diesel the common man can't even afford kerosine anymore .... the goal of availability as being defeated. The solution and only solution is "Active REFINERY" ... why is it impossible for nigeria to own a refinery does it make sense to export & import back what we own and why can't the govt tap into the local modular refineries, support & regulate it @least instead of demolishing them. We need to stop fooling ourselves, the road path is clear buh our leaders just prefer bush path Baba, tnx. Mr. Subsidywise18 over to you. Am not sure where the guy is getting his twisted theories |

subsidywise18: Even if we revive our refineries...would you refine fuel there at N300 and above and sell the same fuel at N165 , and expect them to run well without profit.
Plus we cannot revive our refineries because NNPC is forced to bring in fuel at N350 (as at march) and sell at N165, and the loss is covered by subsidy, and even then with rising cost of reifning crude into fuel...they still lose money. (and all that TAM na wash. ) All the monies being stolen at nnpc, where is it coming from? Before nnpc started bringing fuel as you say, who was govt paying subsidy to? |

subsidywise18: GEJ was planning to do a partial removal of fuel subsidy.
Nigerians said no.
Also, dividing into regions won't solve the problem...which is fuel is being sold at a loss, and the subsidy payments are not covering that loss adequately. (There is nothing wrong with your idea on regions, but it won't make the problem go away...unless each and every region charges taxes at a high rate on everyone to pay for subsidies on fuel) How is subsidy payment not covering the loss adequately? |

The only solution is subsidy removal...and allowing marketers to control the price, so that there would be enough profit to build up refining capacity in this country.
If you support the subsidy, you are supporting the problem, and bringing problem for yourself. All this while even before the refineries collapsed, who has govt been paying subsidy to? |

No sane nation would have allowed Buhari and APC complete first term not to even speak of gifting them a second term.
Nigerians are a special breed abeg! Very special breed. Many Nigerians were so eager to reward buharis obvious failures with another term. I am yet to understand the motivation or the juju behind it. Despite that, many are still queuing behind the man who has been boasting that he personally gifted us buhari |
