Federal secretariat is still there ,embassies are still there ,tafawa balewa square is still there,dodan barracks is still there , liaison officers are still there.Army barracks victory island ,air force base Victoria Island ,are all still federal and people are sent from Abuja to man does places including ports etc.

He said Lagos state was federal ,and I told him not all parts of Lagos state .federal Lagos starts in in ikoyi , Victoria Island up to Western avenue,the rest from that bridge is Western Nigeria .Ikeja,Ogudu,plamgrove,onipan , Maryland, Anthony, gbagada,oshodi,ajao estate ,epe,badagry, ikorodu,Apapa,mushin,ijora,white Metta etc are all western Nigeria .
