BennyDGreat:
Good questions.
There's a ripple effect institutions have on businesses around them...

Sometimes, some of the effect isn't direct.

I couldn't explain in details what I wrote earlier.
It would take you seeing from my lens to get my point. Let me try and analyze one or two

An extra university teaching hospital to Ogun apart from that of OOU, Babcock and some others would connote to a major development in the health sector in Ogun state.

Knowing the track record of covenant, they could start with 100 bed spaces in a year...put in perspective things like cement, sand, gravel, human resource, iron works...etc which a large number could come from Ogun state....

Another extra economic activity the teaching hospital could bring would be to pharmaceuticals having new customer base, food vendors having increased patronage due to increase in number of student, more employment for cleaners, security, electrical, plumbing, admin staff, to Drs, Professors...all these are all economic activities in their diverse forms....

These things are CONTRIBUTORS to development in Ogun state, no matter how small it is.

6 billion project is almost 10M USD BRO
Which businesses are around covenant university ota that will benefit from the building of schools of law and medicine?

Which food vendors will have increased patronage due to increase in number of students? Where will these vendors be situated? How many number of students will that be?

Where are these items "cement, sand, gravel, human resource (what human resources), iron works...etc going to come from in Ogun state?

How have pharmaceuticals in Shagamu and Ilisan been enhanced due to the presence of teaching hospitals in those areas? Can you provide concrete data?

The article is quoting British media's experts reaction. He is a proud prodigal who is thinking he was wronged. In the end, they're family. They'd figure it all out someday. Harry is just using all of this to make money for himself. I'd not blame him. He has a story people will pay for. Why not sell it?
So it's now you know he is running down his family because he wants to make money himself after you had written a long article telling us that Harry is the victim.

Which "British media experts reaction" did you see in the article? Can you pls show me where you got that from the article?

In your earlier post, you said the BBC and Sky were taking sides with Royal family against Harry. The link I gave you is from CNN. Is the CNN now taking sides with the Royal family against Harry?

Who drove him away that he wants to return home? How will all this noise he is making help him return home? Is that the attitude of a prodigal son?

It seems you're confused.

Understand simple economic explanation given to you.
What "economic explanation"? Since you understand the "economic explanation" and you aren't confused, kindly answer the following.

1. You failed to answer this question...Which money will be redirected to the state? Where will the money be redirected from and to who will it be redirected to?

2. Before now, are you telling me there were no skilled labourers in the whole of Ogun state?

3. How does the success of CU demonstrate that Ogun state is safe to conduct business?

4. Is it today that CU has been existing and is it the first educational establishment or business investment in Ogun state that it is now the standard for measuring safety in Ogun state?

5. Which population increase are you referring to? Can you estimate the population increase that will accrue to the whole of Ogun state because oyedepo built schools of law and medicine in sango ota?

6. How many students will the school of medicine atteact and how many specialist doctors will they attract?

7. Is there no teaching hospital in Ogun state at the moment and is there nowhere in Ogun state to do MRI scan?

8. How does the training of medical doctors and lawyers at CU mean "more money flows into the state"?

9. According to you "....the higher the population, the higher the economic interactions (buying and selling of goods and services). The more the economic interactions, the more the profit. Businesses will boom once there is increased profit.".

10. Which higher population are you referring? What is the number of people that will flock into Ogun state from other states because oyedepo is building schools of law and medicine in sango ota?

11. What will they be buying and selling in the whole of Ogun state because of the building of schools of law and medicine at CU, sango ota?

TONYE001:
1. More population, more specialists (skilled labourers), increased human capital. Net cash flow increases too. Of course you know how redirecting money to a state amount to development. The success of CU in the state will demonstrate that Ogun is a safe place to conduct business. The population increase means there will be increase in demand...this will also increase supply, and there will be an increase in the net flow of cash/income.

2. First, the medical school will attract medical students and specialist doctors to train them. The teaching hospital will also serve the state. The specialist healthcare facility will attract patients and open new grounds in the health sector. For example, if they offer MRI services, they'd be a referral centre as this is not common in our environment. The teaching hospital will also train resident doctors and other allied healthcare specialists. Overall, more money flows into the state. Same applies to the law school.

3. Don't get this third question. They'd be doing their jobs na. Refer to my point 1 above, please.

4. Let me put it this way: the higher the population, the higher the economic interactions (buying and selling of goods and services). The more the economic interactions, the more the profit. Businesses will boom once there is increased profit. Once these businesses boom/expand, they'd need more factors of production (land and labour). Ogun will enjoy new, great structures...and employment will increase. SME's will thrive, bigger companies will not be left out. The revenue of the state will increase as the more the businesses, the more the tax. With the extra money, the state will develop in areas the government deems fit. So, the money will be redirected to private and public sectors.

4. Already answered this.

Thank you.

Romance › Re: Nigerian Men And Women Are Sexually Frustrated And Lonely In America And Canada by CheapHomes1: 2:50pm On Jan 08, 2023
Ednut03:
Yeah. There are Nigerian Men in America who has not had a decent chance at sex for years. The only chance at sex they get is when they visit Naija once in a while. You ain't even getting a white chick to talk to you or give you her number if you ain't ridiculously good looking, dress well and speak really high.

Same apply to a woman and it's even worse. Men are thirsty, unlike Women, and she might get sexed and few attentions until the sex lasts. But she's not going to get any commitment if she doesn't match the beauty standard. So, she will be lonely too. Nigerian Men are still better positioned than her. And her woes even worsen if she's above 30. They rarely get white men. No they don't, because Nigerian women also fall short of the look And beauty standard

And if you're in dating app as an average black man (you're bleeped if you're ugly), you'll, 90% of the time be swept left over.

Hence, many Nigerian guys are frustrated and won't talk about it

Don't believe the stupid lies we peddle on here about white woman loving black for our dick game. It's a lie. If you ain't 100% attractive to her, your dick game doesn't matter. You need to be tall too, because their men are really tall. You can't be 5"9 and be expecting any reasonable result scoring a white chic, it ain't happening
How did you arrive at your conclusions? Can you share with us your research and how you carried it out?

If the nigerian men and women are sex starved, why don't they just simply marry each other?
